I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in a boutique. I absolutely love the Brandon location and the girls who work there, had high hopes for Starkville but it doesn’t compare. Very disappointed, customer service is lacking to say the least.

I recently purchased a skirt from Cobo’s and it did not fit me right. I went to return it 10 days later and was told that their return policy was only 7 days, which I was not aware of when purchasing it because it was my first time shopping there. The skirt cost $42 with tax. They would not let me return the skirt or even give me an in-store credit after speaking to the associate and the manager. Needless to say, that will be my first and last time shopping at Cobo’s.

I had store credit for a returned item, so I purchased earrings that had tassels on them. One of the tassels fell off, so I took them back to exchange and the employee helping me said there was nothing they could do since I purchased them more than 7 days ago. Not a chance I’ll buy anything from here in the future if the store cannot stand behind their products. Very disappointed.

We shop here often and they are always friendly and helpful. Prices are very reasonable and comparable to other similar stores. They always have a really good selection.

extremely rude manager. i will never recommend this place to anyone, ever due to service.
