excellent customer service. the female employee who helped me ran a diagnostic on my truck and was able to find out what was wrong with it. she also pulled the replacement part I needed. regrettably I didn't notice her name but she was cheerful and truly seemed to enjoy her job and helping customers which is very rare these days. I will always return to this auto zone because of the wonderful service and assistance I received today. Starkville Ms auto zone visit date was 2/29/24 in the morning

Garret was awesome. Other staff were professional as well. Store was flawless inside and out. Restroom was clean, neat and pleasant smelling.I recommend this location. Easy to get in and out. I found them to be unbeatable for batteries. I found them to be unbeatable for parts as well. I recommend stepping up to the “gold “ or better for batteries and brakes.
