“Super friendly, professional, top notch, detail oriented, clean, I didn’t need an appointment for my estimate, nor did i feel like my estimate was rushed and issues were overlooked or missed. You don’t get that feeling that you burdened them by stopping by or that feeling of being intimidated, it’s a very informative professional yet known you forever and want the best for you kinda vibe. You could tell Mr. Ronnie and the staff were very experienced, meticulous, and very thorough/ detail oriented. It seemed to be very efficient structured time line too, as was explained when they could start on my jeep, you could just tell jobs were started on day x and completed by day x as best as possible, now im sure there are rare exceptions, but they seem to be very precise with scheduling. It was nice to see there wasn’t a bunch of half-A done projects started all over the the place junking up their lot, which to me it showed jobs were started and completed, and not several jobs started then rushed to get finished by cutting corners with sloppy workmanship.
I’d definitely recommend them especially if you’re a car enthusiast or are very particular about your car and need your special ride fixed, this is your place!!!!The customer service was phenomenal +++fixing with OEM parts+++ and the warranty on their workmanship+++++ conveniently located++++ While I was there, and my estimate was being typed up. I started reading their google reviews just outta curiosity and I can see why they have a nearly 5 star rating. I had a list of several body shops to get estimates from this day, well this was my first and only stop, it’s where I’m doing business at!”
