If I were to return to Starkville, I would for sure check to see if there was any availability in their holdings. Maintenance requests were usually completed within 24 to 48 hours. Mark and his staff were always helpful if there ever was an issue. (My older brother also lived in University Apartments befroe I did.) I would highly reccomend renting from the Guytons.”
“Generally good but many need to be improved especially to simplify the leasing process. The move in is terrible with many last minute change of room and apartment. Customer service and agents are unprofessional. They can't solve the simplest issues. They keep promising without actions. But now repair getting better”

“I live here with 3 of my best friends and we love it!! In the beginning, living on the first floor was a bummer, but we love it so much now! Such easy access to the apartment for residents and amazing place to raise a sweet puppy! The staff is incredible at communicating and always makes us feel heard!”
