Was just at my local branch and was denied access to funds that are available because they say a check that was deposited had the incorrect name on it.. A friend wrote me a check and deposited it , The Name on the check read "Tom"... The name as it reads on my account is Thomas.. He said the check was rejected because of that.. I just called customer disservice and they say the funds are there and available And there is no hold on the check..Wells Fargo Is and always has been a complete train wreck.. Looking forward to closing all of my accounts with Wells.. I think it will be like getting out of Prison... To say I hate that bank would be a gross understatement..??

This is banking gone wrong !!! You have to wait forever in the inside to wait on a teller!!! Then know one ever knows what to do , this is crazy I kinda don’t want to give the one star bc it’s definitely not deserved!!!! A banker just standing watching the long line!!! It’s just zombies as workers here!!! They move extremely slow and no type of personality just soulless!!!!Finding a new bank this week!!!

This was the worst banking experience I’ve ever encountered. I made an appointment to meet with a banker. Upon arriving to the bank, a banker greeted me and proceeded to shout my business to the entire bank. After telling me what I needed could be done online, I continued to wait for my scheduled appointment. After an hour, the same banker came and talked to me and I asked for a different banker. This banker proceeded to give me a lecture about my attitude and suggest I find a different banker. I am considering changing banks entirely because of this experience.

Super nice people, very helpful, the bankers and the tellers. I like that they don't sugarcoat your situation, but they're not condescending either. Really helped me get my finances back on track. Plus, they're quick and efficient every time I go there . I'm speaking about the Southaven branch on Goodman Road, near Sam's Club; can't speak for the rest, but these guys got it going on.

Went to have something notarized. Kevin Wayne Hill is the bank manager and was outrageously rude to me and my 70 year old mother. The only reason we went to this location is because we had already tried another location at Hacks Cross and Winchester in Memphis and they did not have a notary. If I had the ability to give 0 stars I would. I am appalled. I don’t think I have ever had such a terrible experience at any business. This man should not be an employee here and definitely not in charge. I don’t even think training would help. I think it’s likely his character to be that rude. I’m thankful I don’t bank here. My mother does, but maybe not for much longer.

Went twice and both times I was told they only had one banker and couldn’t see me that day. Waited an hour the second time and watched the banker pass her appointment to the branch manager and then sit in her office for 30 minutes. Then when I asked if I could see her yet, she told me she needed to take her lunch (at 3pm) and then she was booked for the rest of the day. If your branch can support banking, then hire more bankers instead of asking people to wait 12 days for an appointment. Opening a teenager’s bank account takes 15 minutes and is a basic service. Not providing that service to your customers in a timely manner shouldn’t be an option.

Kevin Hill was talking to another coworker in the back of the counter. From the front you could hear him saying rude/racist comments about a customer(so unbelievable I don’t even want to put the comment here because he used a specific term for a race of people). I’m a social media influencer and will be posting a video about my experience here. With all the reviews about him you would think corporate would try to investigate. Since they won’t maybe millions of people complaining will. He needs to be fired ASAP. I’ve had WellsFargo for 10 years and NEVER seen such unprofessionalism and blatant disrespect let alone coming from a manager.

Worst ATM in the area. Most times in the evening, the ATM will not take deposits. ATM always kicks out bills that are perfectly good. It takes multiple attempts to deposit bills and checks. I am forced to use this bank because of my job. Terrible ATMs.
