The pharmacist purposely lose paperwork, so they don’t have to do their job. I cannot believe they’ve gotten away with doing this for so long. The store should be cut shut down. I’m contacting corporate.

This Walgreens about 10 years ago had a good pharmacy . It has definitely went down . The people that work in the pharmacy are very rude instead of a greeting and smile you get a person that treats you as if you had done something to them cause you need your medication . Every single month I need to go get my sons medication I haft to go through a lot to get his medication either it’s out of stock or insurance won’t cover it or the doctors didn’t send it which I know the doctor did . These people are totally incompetent . What’s eventually gonna happen is Walgreens will have a law suit because they’ve hired incompetent people and they will be liable when these people get someone’s prescription mixed up . The other reviews about them being rude and ignoring people at the drive through window are true unfortunately. I’m definitely gonna change pharmacies ..

The pharmacy is very rude. They are very nonchalant with everything. The young lady in pharmacy had an attitude and was very rude. Kindness goes a long way, and today was just not her day. If she doesn’t want to be at work, then maybe she should clock out and go home. There’s no need to be so rude when a customer is just asking a simple question!

Had my scrips moved to this location after hornlake closed. Biggest mistake I’ve made but now corrected. The most rude and unprofessional people I’ve ever encountered in a customer service business. Gave them more then one chance. After the third occasion I now drive out of my way to the Church location for all my family’s scrips. Unbelievable how any of the pharmacy employees still have a job.

This store has gone completely down hill. As a former Walgreens Pharmacist, I was appalled at the service I received on two back-to-back separate occasions. The evening pharmacist has no control over technicians and let's them control the workflow. I was literally told to come back the next day for an Epi-Pen even though I told the technician I was actively having an allergic reaction. I had to show them how to get my prescription to go through on insurance. Then a month later, wasn't greeted while waiting at the counter, technician specifically played gatekeeper to me getting my prescription in a reasonable amount of time, then wasn't spoken to during checkout. It's unfortunate because I know there are alot of pharmacy teams that are working their hardest, so I did not want to speak out. But the blatant disrespect and lack of initiative was a bit too much. There are still great locations for Walgreens, be cautious of this one.

Sat at the window almost 30 mins and no one ever came to the window. I saw something witting at the computer, blew the horn and no one ever came to the window. This was indeed an inconvenience and very unprofessional. If they were closed or something. They just allowed me to sit there.Went in to see what the issue was, she said she never heard the bell. I blew the horn twice, she said she didn’t hear anything.

im a trans man and ive only been on t for a little while and i don’t pass as a man yet. the first few times i went to pick up my testosterone the lady was really really rude and seemed transphobic…. but! my most recent visit was a amazing experience i went up to the counter and nathan i believe his name was was very polite and respectful he asked my pronouns and really made me feel more comfortable, before this interaction with him i was considering switching pharmacies:)

I hate leaving 1-star reviews, but this pharmacy is by far the worst I've ever been to. You will wait at least 20-30 minutes (minimum) just to drop off a prescription, picking up is even worse. And if you ask one simple question, they act extremely put out and inconvenienced. Do yourself a favor and drive another 2 miles to the other Walgreens.

Stopped in on my way home to grab a couple items. I have never been to this location before. It is set up as other Walgreens and clean as most are. I did find what I was after and walked the store to see what other items I might find. I see of course as all stores are doing they have some Christmas goodies for sale. The staff is pleasant and the store well stocked.

Trying to deal with the pharmacy is like going to the DMV. Bad aditude. You leave the store feeling like you have been scolded
