ghetto staff is worthless. dont waste your time at this location. Oh and dont even think about calling the pharmacy... they pick up and slam it right back down on hold. Want better service pick a neighbor hood with not so ghetto residents.

I had to fill a prescription at the State line Road location. The woman working the window and front counter was extremely rude. Instead of explaining her reasoning for not filling a prescription, she loudly berated me telling me the insurance wouldn't pay and I couldn't afford it because one of the prescriptions alone was $300. I was stunned by her arrogance and lack of professionalism. Thank goodness the pharmacist heard the conversation and ended up helping me, but no matter how good a person is at their job, disrespecting a customer should at least call for a reprimand and some customer service training.

Pharmacy is a joke. I came in at 10:00am to get my prescription they told me 45 min. I came 6 hour’s later and they act like they don’t know anything about that, so now they said 20 minutes. Last week went through the same thing ,it’s sad?. If you get in the drive through, goodluck!! Set there 45 minutes last week??

The Pharmacy Department should invest in self service Blood Pressure equipment to assist customers in need. My decision to stop by this Walgreens store was not a great one. Originally, I thought it would be a great idea to check here on my lunch break, to gauge if I should go to the emergency room or not. There were two visible employees, but I was told only one could check my blood pressure. The employee that was authorized to do so, remained on the phone the entire time I was there. My issue is that there should be immediate service provided for customers in need in the near future.

The ladies that work in the pharmacy including the pharmacist was rude as can be. Every time I have ever had a question Im answered in a way as if I should already know the answer or Im abnormal for asking whatever my question was. This is not the first sexing or third times its been going on for a few months now. I dread turning prescriptions in now Do to there lack of customer service and friendliness
