I love the workers, especially Phyllis and Chastity! They helped me when I needed to mail my mother’s ashes, who had just passed. I was very emotional, and they were extremely nice to me. The place is usually packed when I go, but they do the best they can to get the lines down.

Every time something important comes either a check or title or any government paperwork never shows up I’m making a police report and calling the postal police. This is not just every once in a while occurrence this happens four or five times a month.

Very unprofessional, rude, and not helpful at all. This package was $116 and I have over $50 worth of items missing. When I was checking out the black lady with short hair and a line up didn’t even let me check to make sure the address was correct. She skipped over that screen and when we were done with the transaction she slammed my box in the cart when I clearly just told her it was fragile.

Mail carrier leaves packages laying on the open door of my mailbox instead of delivering to my doorstep. LAZY ! Packages are prone to water damage and theft..STOP IT YOU IDIOT.

Lost title in the mail 3 times?? I’ve sent off for a title in my name, registration office says they sent it so I called post office they never got it? Don’t have tracking number, HOW HARD IS IT TO DO YOUR JOB?? Yes I sent same review to registration Dept. I guess you dont have to be a rocket scientist to have a State or Gov. job
