Ms. Nicole Hernandez is the store manager and today she handled a customer that most employees would dread encountering. I walked in on a scene of an older woman becoming belligerent and rude towards her and she handled it with nothing short of grace. I always have a great experience here and she is a great leader of an amazing team!

Oh my God. Mrs. Nicole Hernandez is an absolute angel. She was being verbally attacked by a customer while I visited the store today. The lady was very disrespectful but Nicole kept her tone and remained extremely professional. She is one of a kind. Thank you Mrs. Hernandez for all you do in our local store.

UPS is a way in which I can send important mail and packages to people I love and care about. Without services like UPS, reaching others with physical stuff would be very difficult.

What can the brown do for you literally nothing. The worst customer service and paying to tape a package is crazy. I get that you are about to close but having an attitude and acting like you didn’t sign up to work is wild to me. Idc if it’s 6:28 you and you close in two minutes. Do your job with a smile. Fedex would have never and I hate the company I used even used UPS.

Nicole, the manager, is a true testament to good leadership! Every single time I go into the store, she's consistent with her communication both with her team and the customers. She multitasks like no one I have ever seen!! You can tell she cares for that store, her staff and the people's experience! If you're having a mundane day, go see her!!! You will leave HAPPY

Keiton is the backbone of this store. He was super professional. As I waited in the huge line, I saw him help 3 times as many customers as the other attendants.
