My son took his car here for new tires, tire installation, balancing of tires, and an alignment. He was charged for all these services. We learned today that they did not balance the tires-- we took the tires off and found no weights on the tires-- and the alignment was not done. We spoke with their sales guy, Brock, last week (when we figured out the car had not received the alignment) who agreed that the alignment was not completed despite my son being charged for it. Brock had no real explanation as to why they would have charged my son without performing the services, and assured us my son would be refunded. My son has never received the refund. This shop, and their employees, are crooked. Would not recommend.

Good guys ,great pricing and selection. A lot of rims and tires in stock and also do lift kits and alignments. 4 tires installed and alignment done in 1 hr. Great customer service.

Absolutely loved uncle Sam’s tire and auto! Their service to their customers was great and they did great work on my vehicle as well! Sam was very kind and answered all of my questions, And even when they ran into problems, they let me know what they were and how much it would cost. They then proceeded to fix the problem correctly and now my car runs like it was brand new!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! THEY MESSED UP THE 4 WHEEL DRIVE (which worked when I dropped my truck off) They put the lift on my truck and while doing so they messed up and now my truck is now locked into 4 wheel drive (yes both sides are locked in). The crossmember bolts were not tightened on my truck either (major safety risk).
I came to the shop to tow my truck (since that is the only way it’s going to move) and speak with the owner so we could work this situation out. The owner told me I would need to pay x amount to tow my truck (that they damaged) from the property. I will not have them being the ones to “fix” the damages caused to my truck. I will be taking it to a knowledgeable mechanic (lesson learned the hard way). The owner just keeps telling me how many years experience and how many years in business. These things are clearly irrelevant as they are costing me around triple the money to have their mistakes fixed, the 4 wheel drive corrected and the cost of towing my truck.
While doing so the owner up and leaves the shop while we’re trying to get the situation taken care of. (Clearly very professional)
Owner refuses to fix the truck on their expense even though they are the ones who caused the damages.

I am very displeased very upset these ppl sold me a tire with a slit in it. Also persuaded me into ordering a tire they suggested for my four wheeler i never liked the tire from the just still order it knowing the tire was too big for my bike they mounted the tires on the rim before i could see the wheels in person to look at them, they went on and mounted them so i couldn’t return them. I get there pull to the back cause I’m handicap i see these huge tires that look like they can fit on a truck all the workers in the back even said “Man your putting these on your truck” i was like dang ain’t no way they expect me to get these on my bike. So he forced them on trying to encourage me they gonna work he slit my floorboards it’s still rubbing I’m definitely afraid to ride it. These wheels were definitely forced on me and I’m beyond upset I’m stuck unhappy to pay for a slit tire that looks like a beach ball on my tire. I will no longer continue business with them this is beyond sad now I’m stuck with a payment and huge wheels i cannot use. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!
