Cute items, I had a handful of pottery I planned on purchasing. After the bad attitude and giggling/whispering in the corner from the staff, I felt uncomfortable and left. Never greeted, even when I tried to make eye contact and smile. I’d rather take the time to drive to a different store to find what I need.
I’ve worked in retail 5+ years the customer service here was some of the worst I’ve seen in awhile.

Unfriendly, rude, over priced, and racist — un-Christian environment. However, all the people we encountered on the street were super nice, helpful, and had great Christian attitudes.

Cute store, a bit overpriced but what's worse is that NO ONE greeted us, asked us if we needed help, thanked us for coming in...not very welcoming!

Not sure what girls were working at 3 pm June 22 but they had the worst attitudes. Wanted about 6 pieces of pottery and a few other items but with the judgmental faces and snarky stares they will not be getting my money. Not to mention the baby that slammed his fingers in the door and was stuck there crying. A customer ran over to help and the workers literally walked over just staring without a thank you or anything.

They are never open when I need to go. How you going to be closed on Boxing Day. Need extended hours not everyone is a stay at home mom with a free schedule.

Visited to purchase my wife some birthday presents and they had just closed. The owner, Lauren, saw me walking back to my car and was super nice and opened the store back up without me even asking to allow me to purchase the things I was looking for. She helped me find the gifts and even took the time to wrap them even though they were closed. The store was amazing inside and I am planning to go back today during business hours so I have time to look around.

Went in looking for a frog I was told they had. They didn't, however it may have just sold as I visited one day after calling. There was a varied selection of Jellycat stuffed animals which is hard to find. I was pleased to see all the Jellycat animals in a variety of colors. I was happy with the green Dino which the wrapped beautifully. Everyone was helpful & knowledgeable.

UG is first on my list of places to grab a happy or wedding gift! The staff is always helpful and the owner Lauren has done a wonderful job over the years of keeping UG one of the top gift shops in DeSoto County and the Mid-South area!

Went to browse because the new venue was so inviting. Everything in the store is outstanding. I ended up spending too much because I couldn’t resist all that they had to offer. The staff was helpful and friendly. Will definitely return because they can accommodate different styles and types of gifts at reasonable prices.
