The manager was not present when we arrived at the store and never did respond to the employees reaching out or corporate. At least he/she did not respond while my husband and I were there. It was a major inconvenience because there was a snow storm coming later that day and the employee put us further behind. There was a staff member who was unable to print out our contracts and he was patient with us. There was another employee, from UBox, who was very nice and patient through my frustration. But the manager who was not there has not reached out to apologize. No one from the store has reached out to speak with us about anything. We were expecting bad weather, but there was none that early on my reservation date and there truly is no excuse for the store employee to not be present to open the store on time. That’s super unprofessional and tacky.

I had a scheduled pickup for 645pm and was running a few minutes late. The employee called me and asked if I could come early (I was already driving there from across the state) when I told him that I had an ETA of 650pm he said they wouldn't be able to help me and pushed my pickup to the next day. This really hindered my plans as I was already driving across the country to pickup the car on my way home. If the business is open until 7, they should be able to help people until 7. Hooking up an auto transport takes 5min and I know I still would have been out of there before 7 with my 650pm arrival. The next day at 9am when they opened, the employee was late opening the doors and was clearly in no rush to provide expedient service. I will not be using this location again and will make sure to leave reviews on all platforms to warn people of their poor customer service.

Usually the one guy who fills propane tanks is top notch. Today someone else was sent out to the pump and didn’t have the first clue how to fill a propane tank and almost put me and my pregnant wife in danger. This was this morning 12-17-2023. I will be contacting corporate over this!

Amazing! I was trying to find a more reasonable place to fill my propane tanks. Found U haul online and so glad I did. First, the staff was incredible. Everybody I spoke to was friendly and helpful. Second, I paid almost half to fill my tanks. I will be doing all my propane and moving needs at this U haul location.

I cannot say enough good things about the staff at this U-Haul location. Walking into the lobby, I was greeted with kindness as was my 8 yr old son. LaNedra's knowledge of U-Haul's vehicles / trailers helped me immensely as I was trying to navigate hauling my personal vehicle to an out of town location. Customer Service these days seems all but lost, after my recent U-Haul experience my hope has been restored. Akia is another fantastic U-Haul associate that made our equipment return a simple easy painless process. My 8 yr old son was with me during my rental & return, and these wonderful ladies were so patient with my son & his never ending questions. I did not interact with anyone at this location that was not caring, smiling, & truly concerned about my needs. These ladies are HUGE assets to the U-Haul team. I recommend using this U-Haul location for whatever your needs may be - from storage to equipment rental - I know that LaNedra & Akia will take wonderful care of you!

Im sure im spelling Ms Lanedra's name wrong but Uhaul, you guys have an outstanding CSR. She's kind, helpful and knowledgeable of her job. Great customer service is so hard to find. So thank you for your assistance today!

Would give zero if I could !! I made a reservation on Monday for a moving van.. got there to pick truck and they said we don't have a truck for you..and acted like I expected something from them .. YEAH A MOVING VAN !!! I even said I would go down in size I NEEDED THE TRUCK! long story short I called Penske .it cost me a bit more but I went right over got the truck with NO PROBLEM!!! I'll never do business with uhaul again ! And I'll tell everyone I know never rent from this clown show !!!

The location was late opening. I had a reservation at 9 am and the location opened at 9:18. Also the customer service rep was rude. I was told that all the vehicles that was parked were reserved and that I had to wait on the only truck that was late. I expressed how this process was unorthodox because there were people with later reservations who would get their truck on time but the earliest reservation can’t because of one truck that was out. It didn’t make sense because the later reservation would still have a vehicle on time even it that one truck was late for my reservation it would be on time for the latest reservation. She dismissed me and proceeded to assist others behind me after I stood outside for 30 minutes waiting on the store to open. She was very nasty and rude.

Steven Garrett and LaNedra Coleman Both exhibit extremely poor customer service. I encountered a distressing situation where I was unable to secure a rental vehicle due to the cancellation of my reservation, which occurred a mere 3 minutes past the specified time.

Reserved a trailer here for two days two weeks ahead of time. When we showed up they didn't actually have any, and didn't really care that we were stuck in a lurch. Referred us to national to search if any were available any where else.All this after waiting 15 minutes to even talk with a rep.
