Great experience. Jennifer aka J.J. was everything‼️ She didn’t write me off based off appearance and whether not I was going to spend some money. She made me feel welcomed and really helped. Showed me multiple items fitting the criteria of what I was looking for. Wish I could’ve spent more money with her. Excellent customer service. Very friendly and personable. She led me right to the perfect bedroom set. No complaints‼️

I made a purchase and when I went to pick it up the store staff gave me terrible service, I had to pack my furniture and they didn't even move in front of me.

We were disappointed after being there over an hour, we were quoted a price that sealed the deal for us but he came back with paper work and a different price and no explanation until we asked.

My husband, son and I went in a couple days ago and bought three bedroom sets and mattresses, a bunch of decor and a rug! Kynzie Bearden was amazing!!! She was patient and very knowledgeable and I she made me feel so comfortable! We even hugged and I will keep in contact with her. I have more furniture to buy and I will definitely be in to see Kynzie again! We are still awaiting delivery so I will update my review of the furniture after it’s delivered.Furniture has been delivered and half of it is broken, and or missing. Spent 15,000 with you guys and this is what we get. What a nightmare. Won’t be shopping here again.

Very nice experience at rooms to go yesterday.Bonita helped us and gave us space to explore. She added expert comments and clarification as we found just what we needed.Will update more once we have the product in our home.
