Here’s the problem with this particular bank. There is a bunch of people in there that has personal agendas towards the customers when they only dare to actually work the point is if you start a new bank account there and you come to actually get service you get service from the bank, not the waste of the time of a person by the name Julie That actually works there attitude if I got to actually been banking with this company and bank for a long time and I got to answer questions that’s wasting my time I am a business owner. You need to get another profession instead of waste your time on a customers time if you do not know what you’re doing or the bank need to hire someone who does know exactly what they are doing. This is the problem with these new phases of banks they are quick to rush people in there that are not prepared to handle. Their business are qualified for the job title that they are actually applying for. It’s not a pretty face that gets you knowledge when working with peoples money remember that that’s the problem with this particular branch truth

They charged 8.00 to cash their checks. SunTrust or Truist is how I would describe a check into cash becoming a bank.

Never had an issue with SunTrust and if there ever was it was immediately resolved. Truist is the worst back I've ever been a member of multiple employees blatantly lied to me and wait times are now minimum 1.5 hrs. I will never be using Truist for anything again. Horrible bank with horrible service.

Service used to be better, now they charge overdraft fees when the fees are not legit and the corporate wants to ignore you and the branch manager and managers at corporate won't do anything won't even call you back. The worst customer service since the beginning of the year possible.

I went through to the ATM to make a deposit and ATM is told me I'm a hundred dollars I called customer service Ben wait three hours and never helped me the customer service sucks find a SunTrust I guess can keep the $100 I hope you're doing better customer service for somebody else

Gooo 2 Bank of America❗❗ATM machine GOES DOWN WEEKLY❗❗ No deposits etc! Thennnnn ATM DOES NOT count cash CASH correctly unless small amounts❗❗Lastly, ATM took my cash, kept my cash & I TOOK PICTURES....HAVE EVIDENCE of machine shutting down in the Middle of my transaction &&& the TELLER was like .... o well NOTHING WE CAN DO, file a dispute & the Mayyyyyy credit my account in 10 days!!!?????

Last year, we received such great service when we were opening our account. We recently opened a second account online. Unfortunately, despite banking authentication, they still required us to bring our IDs to a branch drive-through. This process should have taken 2 minutes, but we waited in line over one hour. I thought it was a fluke. Today, I needed to deposit an insurance check. I went to another branch which still says it's open online and has hours posted on the location. It was closed. I called to check on the Southaven branch, which is quite far from my home. After several attempts, I got through and was told many branches were completely closed this year, but no one has updated the online info. There were two drive-through lanes open. I was the fourth car in the shorter line and it took 40 minutes just to deposit my check!

Now that the lobby is closed, drive Teller waiting Time is about one hour. During Normal days but if you go in Friday you better bring lunch and diner, because you be stuck there for hours.

I've had a business account for approx. year and a half. The staff is wonderful, but my account was debited that was unauthorized by me. The account was frozen from any debits. I was told I had to investigate and call the company myself. Although I did not feel I was to do this, but I did. After all, this is my money, but I'm trusting this bank to insure my funds and go to bat for a customer. I called Suntrust back with verification that it was not me who authorized the account, they refused to refund me. This is over 500.00. I will be closing out this account and NEVER refer anyone there.

Update: Had a positive initial experience, but have since had some issues receiving the checks for my account. I have been waiting on a call back for a week and still have not received my checks. Have heard different things from various employees concerning the status of the check order. Follow up customer service has been disappointing.
