Bought an expensive StyleCraft credenza from Home Depot. Everything looked great until I noticed, 92 days after I had ordered it, that the side had a defect where the paint/veneer was flaking away from what appears to be a crack and likely manufacturing defect. Home Depot said they could not help outside of 90 days and told me to call StyleCraft. StyleCraft refused to even consider helping me, saying I had to work with Home Depot.

I bought a large framed photo manufactured by this company for my elderly mother right before Covid and she lives five hours away.. I finally was able to go visit her a month ago and when we hung the picture it crashed down in the middle of the night because the brackets in the back did not hold the hooks in place. It appears they were made of some cheap composite wood or something and the picture is still in great shape but I can’t hang it. I bought it at bed Bath and beyond and because it’s been over 90 days and they won’t honor your replacement or a refund. I am hoping to get ahold of someone in customer service at Stylecraft Home As this is what the store recommended. After reading some other views I’m not hopeful that they will do a darn thing for me. Any guidance or advice would be helpful! Giving him three stars based on my experience so far but I will update the review to five or four stars if they Will do something to stand behind their product - a replacement or refund.

Bought lamps by them from the Home Depot online. Lamps were shipped in the original box Style Craft sent to Home Depot. Missing the harp and finial you need to install the lamp shade and actually use the lamps. Called Home Depot and they offered to take them back no problem, except we don't live near one. They connected us with Style Craft customer service and that is where the nightmare begins. I like my lamps and just want the missing parts replaced. It has been almost 4 weeks multiple phone calls and e-mails to disgruntled customer service employees still no replacement pieces or even communication on their end that they are working on it. They clearly don't care they sent the store a defective box and are angry we are asking them to fix the mistake. I would not recommend buying any of their products of you don't have a big box stores close to return them to. We have been patient and nice and have received nothing but rude responses. So sad because the lamps are pretty.

We bought a 4 foot Snowman from Costco for $80 sold by this company. It arrived with one of the wooden presents unglued from the Snowman. I was hoping the company would send me a pack of glue but apparently they're only solution was to bring it back to Costco for a credit. Upon reading the reviews here I will be getting a full refund and writing Costco to let them know about the lackluster performance from one of their suppliers.
