I've needed parts for our Yamaha atv's, Service for our Kawasaki Jet Ski's, and recently tires mounted for my street bike. Always reasonable service, respectable turn times, and a helpful staff. Had a chance to speak to their mechanic yesterday. Very knowledgeable and helpful guy.

Good people under this roof. You won't find a better dealer in the mid south. If it's broke, they can fix it and you won't have to rob a bank to pay for the service. And they appreciate Veterans.

Thank you so much! Wonderful experience with them today!While on a 5,000 plus mile trip I desperately needed an odd-sized, adventure bike tire immediately. They had a tire in the correct size and installed it for me right away so that I was able to stay on schedule. Once again, thank you!

Ordered parts for my Yamaha Royal Star on Oct 4 2022. After call after hall for a few weeks telling me the part wasn’t in yet. Finally beginning of Nov I get told they are here. Wife went and picked them up a week later. So now we are roughly half wall through Nov. took them to my Shop to have installed. Was still waiting for other parts from other place to arrive. Mechanic started working on Nov 28th. Found out that the parts that was purchased Here at the dealer were the wrong ones. Mechanic notified me on Dec 13. Finally got the rite parts from a different place. Mechanic compared the differences. Picked up parts from Mechanic on Dec 21st. Contacted this dealer. Talked with manager and was told that it only had a month for a refund. Yet it was a month between the time it was ordered and was told it was in. But yet with all calls to them. They state parts was in on Oct 6th. I asked how come no one told me that when I had called numerous times. He had no answer. Well needless to say I am out the money. $366 because the don’t back what the sell and don’t do enough research. They act like I have them the numbers and all. Ohh and they also told me this was supposed to be Yamaha Genuine Parts. But they was Aftermarket parts. Stay away if you want the rite parts and the customer service you deserve. Left one in pic was the OEM on the bike. Right one was the one purchased from them. Totally different

I called in to get a quote and the gentlemen that answered the phone literally laughed and said “that’s not a job I want to do”. He was quite unprofessional.

False advertising on website, have a feeling it hasn’t been updated in 3 years or more. They show new and used Yamaha bikes in stock online however when I went to the store I was told “nah man I dropped Yamaha” then the man I spoke with caught an attitude and became rude and snappy when I asked why the asking price on a new Ninja 400 was $1100 higher than MSRP, I understand dealers need to make a profit but honesty is all I was looking for. Spend your time and money else where.

Never a bad time here. Theyre helpful over the phone and in person. Also they've ALWAYS had what I've needed. The staff are pretty cool people!
