Run don’t walk worse place ever had the car 1 year never missed a payment already needs a transmission paid $650 to ger fix to after that even worse no one willing to help do anything but ask for payment and won’t fix your car There Fords are no good don’t do it I wish I could give 0 stars how can I take them to court for this

Upon entering the dealership I was greeted by a gentleman by the name of Cory. He was very pleasant to do business with. He was honest and upfront on my credit, the terms of my contract and my down payment. I can tell that he really cares about his customers and he is compassionate. I will definitely do business with him and No Worries in the future. I gave 5 stars cause I think this is a great place to do business with.

Do not ever ever ever do business here I paid my car on time for 2 years straight then as soon as it’s time to get my title I have 2 residual balances. I paid 65 notes in person and my last payment on the car I owe almost $500 from a down payment how I get the car in the first place if I didn’t pay the whole down payment plus i got a 2012 and all together they got almost 20,000 out of me. They are crooked and don’t let them say in the reviews that this location is close because they are lying for 2 years I drove to this location and paid my car note. And yes they fire people every time I came in there a new person is working in sales so the person who will sell you a car when it’s time to pay it off most likely they won’t be working there. And that’s how they will get you when it comes to owning your car because who you gonna talk to that person gonna be fired so it’s better to go to a real dealership because when you get done you’re going to be paying around the same. Also I put a turbocharger and new engine on my car because my contract with them didn’t cover it. Do not come to this location I’m trying to save you a lot of money

I wish I could not give no star. When I first started with this dealership I tried to overlook the bad views! I only purchased because of a family member and when I say the worst mistake of my life!! Within less than a year my whole transmission went out! I was a very good paying customer never missed a note! Payed on time. Anyway I talked to them about fixing it. Told the guy up front I don’t have no receipts of oil change. He was like oh you good just pay 100 dollars for service and we will get you rolling soon! I was like okay cool . Brought my vehicle in. Checked on it within 2 days and the man said give it 2 weeks. 4 days in I get a call from RICK PARRISH THE OWNER saying I have to pay out of pocket he quoted 1900. I was fine with it but didn’t have the extras funds long story short I was treated wrong from start to almost the end. I’m still paying for the vehicle. He want let me get the car that I’m paying for back. Why? We had words we went to court and won my case by the way! They need to change their name to you going to worry cars ain’t worth a damn. These people ain’t lying on these views. Save your self a headache and shop somewhere else! Update he lied to the court like I don’t want my vehicle anymore and he trying to re sale it! Just a low down man RICK PARRISH

They sell alot of Fords that are known to be recalled or have recalls. Good people just don't buy the Fords.
