They yell at the animals in the back when they bark when can get annoying I know. But I had my cat spay here and she got an infection they didn't check like I asked when we went back to get the stitches out and they gave her boosters and were very rough with her. And it smelled like a farm. The doctor didn't even know which needle to use. So if course she developed an infection and couldn't pee and stopped drinking water and got lethargic so I took her to Oak Tree vet and she is doing much better.

I only got them to answer the phone once and that was for my pups first visit back around June or July. I called weekly for months to ask a question about her upcoming surgery and crickets. No one answers the phone, checks voicemail, or return text! Sad because this was the first place my pup went to and I like the convenience of location. Here it is months later and I just called again and still no answer! Idk if they blocked my number, short staffed, or just lazy? I ended up taking my dog to a different vet that costed way more but at least they answer and it was clean and smelled fresh at new place. You can not breath when you walk into Snowden because of the smell and the have random office cats walking around harassing ppl for their seats!

I just rescued a dog through southern jewel who has paper work with it saying it was spayed from this clinic. When the dog arrived she still had an open incision and then proceeded to go into full heat because it all wasn’t removed . When I contacted the rescue and this clinic with proof from 2 vet clinic here I was dismissed and told its not there problem.

The smell in there is unpleasant and the main area is filthy. I went there once as an alternative for my main vet and I was not pleased. I was greeted with a sick dog (had some eye infection) and he was just roaming around. There was a cat in the seating area near a filled liter box! A liter near the guess seating area is very unsanitary. When I asked to get my dog seen, I was told they had to clear the room first. A woman went and got about 2 cats out the exam room before they told me I could enter. They didn't even clean the room first because everything looked extremely dirty. This place is very unhygienic and unsanitary.

Quick availability. Multiple services available. Friendly staff. I got my dog microchips there and liked them so much I took him back when he had a skin issue. They offer boarding and grooming as well.

Kookie came in barking and growling, and the staff calmed her down to treat her. The staff is very patient and friendly.

I really like the doc. It's a small operation without all the fancy office and "assistants" to pay for. Good doc, nice staff and great care for my 4 dogs. Big thumbs up!
