Disappointing Service at Simply Southern, Southaven Mississippi
I'm writing to share an unfortunate experience I recently had at your Simply Southern store in Southaven, Mississippi. I'm a regular shopper and have always appreciated the friendly service - until this last visit.
The cashier who assisted me seemed more interested in sighing and rolling her eyes than in providing good customer service. Her attitude came off as annoyed, which made the whole shopping experience quite uncomfortable for me.
Good customer service is the backbone of any retail store, and this incident was a far cry from what I've come to expect from Simply Southern. I think it's important for all staff members to realize how their behavior can affect customers and the store's reputation.
I feel some action should be taken to prevent this type of situation from happening in the future. Perhaps some further training in customer service etiquette would be helpful, or maybe a reconsideration of staffing is needed.
I hope you take my feedback to heart and take steps to ensure all your customers are treated with the respect and courtesy they deserve.

I shop this store frequently and generally get good customer service, but today i had a different experience. They had a good sale and I ended up buying alot of items. Unfortunately, four of the items I had chosen was not coming up as the price marked. The cashier Cheyenne went to get the manager Yarnoll to see what she was suppose to do and came back and said sorry the manager said I cannot sale it for that price. Yarnoll ended up coming up front and I said to her she is suppose to honor the price it is marked she agreed she was suppose to but still refused to do so. She was passive aggressive as was I in return. I don't mind paying for the items but it was the fact that the item was marked for one price and she even admitted she should honor the price but refused to do so and was passive aggressive about the situation. I still bought other products today from the store but will not be returning to this location due to the poor management and the passive aggressive attitude she has about her.

I always appreciate my goodies, from Simply Southern, at Tanger Outlet in Southaven, MS, for their staff’s outstanding services! The customer service is impeccable and I enjoy my time at this specific location, every time I shop there! I would like to take the time to spotlight the store manager Yarnoll and another associate, Cheyenne, for helping me to shop new items, for my live product reviews, on social media! As they were getting ready to close, they did give me product recommendations and even still were patient with me, until I finished shopping!

Awesome Customer Service these ladies know how to treat customers when they visit the store .... Store is extremely clean and organized prices are just right with unbelievable sales... I had the pleasure of speaking today with Ms. Yarnoll.. What an absolute sweetheart... Went above and beyond customer service I will certainly be returning tomorrow.... Do yourself a favor and visit this store you won't be disappointed
