“This store is AMAZING!!! Niecey is awesome! ? Fixing to be 61, I stand on my feet about 10-12 hours a day. I have major back problems. She listened to all I needed to tell. So attentive!! And knowledgeable! Just what I needed. Started to go to The Good Feet Store, but didn't feel safe driving into Memphis. So glad I chose JOURNEY'S!! Was extremely impressed! Very happy! Walked out of there wearing my NEW SHOES!! ??? Felt like a kid with new shoes!! Might even put 'em by my pillow like kids use to do when I was young!!???Will recommend them to anyone!! And should I need more, I will definitely go back to see her!!Thank you Niecey for making me feel so much better and walking a little lighter!! You were/are awesome ?????”

“I was told about this store by my little sister. Our group is in preparation of going on an Alaskan cruise. She told us that she ordered her coat directly from Columbia. Well, since it was getting closer for our time to depart, I checked to see if there were stores located here in which there were. We went to the one located in Southaven, MS at the Tanger Shopping Center. The store had a 10 percent discount for the military, first responders and senior citizens. The store also had small discount because of the holiday. I was glad we found the the type of puffer coat with the thermal lining we were looking for because I didn't want to order it. Comparing to what I was about to pay for the puffer coat online, the cost was WAY cheaper than I wanted to pay. The only thing we we were a little disappointed about was how the price that was displayed for the puffer coat. The price that was displayed was misleading. When we thought we were getting a very good deal but when we prepared to pay for it, the price almost thirty dollars more including taxes. Well, the young lady was very nice and patient with us. She explained to us the price displayed were for the waistline jackets, which was at $69.00 before tax, not the coats. Of course, she gave us the discounts and the final amount of the coats was a little better. So we purchased the coats. Like anyone who likes to find a great deals while shopping, it would've been nice to had gotten the puffer coats at the price that was displayed.”
“Tried to find dress shoes at Tanger and there are no options there. Shoe station has a great selection for my last minute emergency shoe search. I found the perfect match for my dress!”
“We came here to see what the outlet had to offer. The store had a great sale going on so I was able to get to cross body purses and 2 wallets for 240.00! It was neat and clean. They greeted me upon entering and checked along the way if I needed help. The only thing I didn't like was when checking me out, instead of just checking me out and wrapping up my transaction, Madisyn was busy holding a conversation with her co-workers. Finish your convo Do that when I leave. That wasn't the time. But I still feel like it was a good visit.”

The quantity of collection is huge but a little bit outdated and one dimensional, in my opinion.”

“This is where we went after not getting the converse. I must say it had the feel of the old days when I was growing up in Florida. I and all my friends had skate fun for sure! I know the price on many things were a bit much, but you are paying for the name. I will say most of the goodies are rather eye catching and made quite the statement, which is what it's all about! I got a pair of Van's a beanie and 2 shirts! I would have for sure spent more if I had an endless budget! Good times for all”
“Big Herb and his mistress shop here regularly. The staff is A1! Always a great time. The only thing that keeps me from 5 stars is the selection on styles is lacking. There could definitely be improvements here. Whoever is stocking needs to pass the torch. We will continue to shop here. Recommended!”

They had a good clearance sale, between 40-60% off of the tagged price. The sales associates are always helpful and they always cater to the kids. They had a table for kids to color in the middle of the store. Shop here but look for the bargains and join the rewards program.”

“I’ve been shopping at Ann Taylor for several years. I love their clothes; however let me express the exceptional service that was provided to me by the lovely ladies at this store. I never feel judged when I enter the store. Jamie and RJ gave amazing service. They were very patient with me, they recommended items some I purchased others I did not. The store was clean and dust free. Temperature was pleasant. Very pleasant atmosphere.”

“I went to the Johnston and Murphy store on 10/5/23. I told the associate, JR, that I was a long-time wearer of another brand but that the shoes just didn't seem to fit me right anymore. I told him of my foot issues and he immediately recommended a shoe. The recommendation was spot on. I will be returning when I need another pair.”
