Worst Sam's club experiences. Have had pickup orders take DAYS to be ready. They never answer their phone when called. They close their store early. Says they are open until 8 but they close and lock the doors before time.

Edit** 12/04/2022 ~ we still haven’t received our order and no one will answer the phone! My husband is on his way to pick up the order himself. I want my delivery fee and tip back on my card today! This is beyond ridiculous and very poor customer service! If you cannot fulfill orders, DON’T TAKE THEM! ? 12/03/2022 ~ I placed an online order for food early this morning and it was supposed to be here between 5-7. It’s now 7:23 and no order has arrived. They close at 8:00!!! We have called over and over and let it ring until in hangs up to no avail. Never again!!! I want my money back!

Placed a pick up order Sunday morning 10/30 to be picked up that day between 3PM and 4PM. Around 5:30PM I started trying to call to find out the status because I had not received anything stating it was ready. Made multiple attempts to get anyone to answer the phone (more than 10 times) and only got customer service to answer once then claim they were transferring me just to get left on hold for over 15 minutes with no one ever picking up. Tried to use the live chat option only to be told all they can do is tell me there is a delay and to call the store which I had already told him I had done and was actually sitting on hold waiting on anyone to deem the call worthy of picking up. Finally, at 12:30PM on 10/31 I get an email saying the order is now ready, but they will only hold it through today even though it's a day late on their end being ready. This store needs a direct line to the curb side pick-up department and they really need to replace practically every employee in the store or start bringing in more staff to actually take care of your paying customers.

Sam's had everything that I was looking for and extras that I didn't need. Lol! The greeters were nice and friendly and the service was satisfying. The cashier was professional and very polite. Great shopping experience!!!

We use the online pickup option. The app gives you a time but don't get there on time. Set a time two hours before you want to pick up. They might have it ready by then. Twice I have arrived within my time window just to be told I'll have to wait. Exasperation a plenty.

Do NOT shop here. If I could give zero stars I would. Used the scan & go option & had to screenshot my emailed receipt to exit with my 1 single item. The two women then said all I needed was my membership card to scan. She scanned it & i needed a hard copy receipt from member services to leave with the item. While waiting I downloaded the app & the card on the app was the EXACT SAME as the one I had in hand they said would not work. Member services gave me what I thought to be a receipt but the two women said it was a purchase history not a receipt that they could scan. Eventually told me I could leave. All of that for a box of pineapples. Better off driving further out than dealing with that. Couldn't pay me enough to come back here

it's a sam's. show your membership card, walk in, buy in bulk, check out, leave. do not expect outstanding customer service, or any for that matter. which seems to be the retail status quo these days.

Tire and battery dept is breaking records for bad service, long waits and and all-around common courtesy and repect for the customers' time. They've always been understaffed (even before covid). They seem to have no urgency at all. Appointments are apparently only for the customer, but mean hardly anything about how much they underestimate a repair time or overestimate their own tech's ability to get job done. As I'm typing this review, A shop tech is arguing about how long its taking vs how long they said it would take for a simple oil change. I came in at my schedule appointment time, and i'm here for my "free tire repair" its now 2+ hours in and im still waiting for a nail in one of my tires to be repaired. The store is good. The shop, not so much. i gave it one star because the app made me do it in order to post this review. Good luck, y'all

Calling Tire & Battery is like squeezing juice from a turnip. I tried to reach out to someone in customer service, but no answer. I had to call pharmacy and ask them to transfer my call to Tire & Battery. No answer! I don’t know what happened, but this Sam’s Club need a reset! Scam and go is the bomb! When you order 4 tires online and don’t receive an email or a phone. Then you have to go to the store and find out what is going on.

The only issue I have with this Sam's Club is that the Tire & Battery department doesn't answer the phone. I understand, as they're obviously working on cars, but they could benefit having someone at the counter to answer the phone. I was trying to book an appointment over the phone but I had no luck. They should really offer a way to book an appointment on the Sam's Club website or something. It would help us all tremendously.

I needed tire service to either repair a flat or to buy a new tire. While Honda Auto Nation at Hks Crss couldn't see me until 6/22 ( ) Sam's was willing to see me today at 8am (6/10). However, a busy week if appointments would not allow the delayed service. I appreciate the effort to see me though. It keeps Sam's Club HIGH on my list of places to shop. I was seen by Autonation on Covington Pike yesterday (following my Dr. appt) around 12:30. I bought 2 new tires and had my brakes flushed. Good customer relations in any business have their benefits. I appreciate Sam's for the effort. I got more from them, (by agreeing to see me 2 days later and unsure they'd have a tire for my car in stock) than the Walmart or Honda service center closest to me. Thanks Sam's Club Tire...you get 5 stars for your willingness to assist. ??
