Appt set for 1300 today, came about 5 mins early checked in, been in here 40 mins for a 15 min repair, not punctual at all, no one came out to say at the least, hey we’re a little behind, etc. until I called corporate customer service, I said something about the time to the front desk person and that’s when my vehicle was pulled in the bay to make it seem like work was being done, still hasn’t started, another 15 mins it’ll be a hour I’ve been sitting here, completed at 1351, it took them 20 mins and it look like shoddy work that need to be done over again

If you are someone who values your time I would look somewhere else. I had my windshield replaced here and it's been the biggest task ever first they have left window sealant all over the dash, they didn't reconnect my windshield wipers or washer fluid sprayer. Why they had to disconnect them I don't know. I didn't find this out until two days later when I was out of town. I called corporate and they said that they would get back to me but I haven't had a call back yet. I called the actual location and they said they couldn't do anything until I came back to the Southaven location, which I mentioned that I live in another state but would be back in town in a week. I go in person suddenly I'll have to wait until 7pm to get any help or wait until Monday between 9am and 3pm. 3pm Monday afternoon rolls by nothing called in at 4pm I cant be seen until 5pm. 5 still nothing, I call the guy again and he says wait until 8 if nobody comes by then I'll have to go in the next morning in person. There isn't one positive thing I have to say about the Safelite customer service nor there product. You could get the same products at any window repair shop and possibly an even better warranty.

My experience with Safelite AutoGlass was very frustrating, with a few redeeming moments.
First Appointment:
Canceled a day prior because they didn’t have the right windshield, requiring a three-week wait for the correct one.
Second Appointment:
After waiting three hours, they used an incompatible aftermarket windshield for my 2024 vehicle, despite knowing the make, model, and VIN. They couldn’t calibrate the camera sensor and had to order an OEM windshield, leading to another two-week wait.
Third Appointment:
I arrived on time and waited three hours, only to find my vehicle untouched. Eventually, technician Mark took the vehicle in and completed the windshield replacement and camera sensor calibration within one hour.
Overall:
Despite the initial issues, Mark’s efficient service was a relief. Be mindful of your scheduled time.

I have had two appointments this week for my back window to be replaced. Safelite was a no show for BOTH appointments and never once even attempted to contact me to let me know that they were not coming. However they will contact you multiple times to try to sell you windshield wipers and to install at your appointment that nobody will be showing up for. Worst customer service ever from techs as well as when you call in to let them know that nobody showed up. No apology…nothing. Just a “we can reschedule you for _______” (which they wont show up for either ). If this is your area safelite do yourself a favor and don’t bother….try Mikes Auto Glass in senatobia. Much more professional and local business.

I have now had two scheduled and confirmed appointments to have my windshield replaced by this location (Southaven), and they just don't show up. My first appointment was supposed to be last Saturday (6/1) sometime between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm. When nobody had called or showed up by 1:30 pm, I called Safelite to see if someone was still coming. I thought maybe they were running behind schedule, which I completely understood and I didn't mind them showing up late as long as the job got done. The person on the phone assured me that the tech was still "assigned" to me and that he was sending the tech a message directly so he would call and give me an updated ETA. Nobody every called again - not the tech to give me an ETA or someone from the store to let me know they wouldn't be able to fulfill my appointment that day. Someone from a general call center for the area called me on Wednesday (6/5) and I rescheduled my appointment for the following Saturday (6/8) as she said they had availability from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Again, nobody called or showed up. At this point, I have decided to look for a different location to replace my windshield because I don't trust that they have the competency or customer service skills to do the job well.

Negative stars. They force you to add a star. You know what I've been doing for the last 30 minutes? Sweeping up glass that the tech left spread all over the garage floor and driveway, after he replaced a a broken window in the back of my vehicle. Glass shards are also all over the inside of the car. He said he wasn't able to sweep up the glass - there's a shop vac in the back of the truck. And he borrowed a broom for two seconds. Then he demanded payment. This business should be avoided at all costs. What a lousy glass tech.

I scheduled an appointment for today (Saturday), the tech called about 30 minutes before my service window time to let me know he was going to be arriving between 1:30pm to 2:30pm and that he would call when he was on his way. He stated that if I had any questions, I could call him back. I waited hours to hear from him, called and got no answer, and when I called the Southhaven location, the man that answered was trying to make it seem like it was my fault for not calling him back when he clearly said he was coming, was going to call when he was in route, and to only call back if I had questions. The man I talked to offered to reschedule but nope, they won't be getting any of my money or more of my time. Like why would you just not show up or call like you said when you know I have an appointment? So glad I didn't pay upfront.

This company has horrible customer service. This is the 3rd time they have come out to recalibrate my windshield, and they still can not get it completed. There is no one in the office to help with the problem. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It has been a nightmare.

Horrible! They inconvenienced me for almost 4weeks of being pushed back, THEM ordering the wrong windshield to then canceling my appointment because I was over 30mins late.

Couldn't schedule an appointment. Got my new windshield elsewhere. Maybe have a phone that does more than direct me to your website. I talk to humans not robots. Have nice day comrade

I replaced the front windshield, but my frame number was covered, the gap in the front was not aligned, the glue on the two sides was not fully applied, and it was warped. The staff was not serious, too sloppy, and too irresponsible. The most basic frame number was not aligned, and the front windshield was obviously not suitable for my car, but it was installed. I made a new appointment for re-adjustment today, but the frame number is still not aligned. I am disappointed with them. I advise everyone not to come here to replace the glass. The staff here is not serious and responsible.

Scheduled an appointment and no wait took the car and we're done in 90 minutes could not ask for better. Workmanship was perfect.

My insurance made me go here for a windshield chip repair. While working on the chip they cracked my windshield. They said too bad you signed a waiver. I'm now responsible for the insurance deductible on a new windshield. No way I'm letting these rejects touch my car again.
