Customer service- A thing of the past for this growing and changing company. They're not at all the friendly, personal, local bank they used to be.Edit: I've had checking accounts, savings accounts, business checking accounts, mortgages, and loans through this bank over the past ten years or so. I'm closing my last account here today, and I'm feeling so relieved. The changes they're making do not benefit the small business-owning family man and homeowner that I am. Take it from me- when looking for a bank, explore your options.

I have banked with Renasant for 5 years. My whole family banks with them because of their outstanding customer service, perks, staff, and finance management. The customer service has always been exceptional; however, Anesha Watson was wonderful today! She is such an asset to Renasant and I am thankful she took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I could not recommend this bank enough! I even have a credit card with them & have nothing but positive feedback!

Wonderful service at this bank. Ms. Cynthia make me feel so special and just like family. I thought it would be a hassle to open a new account for my small business, but it was a breeze from the time I stepped foot in the door thanks to Ms. Cynthia. She is super sweet, friendly, courteous and beyond helpful. All of the ladies were. So glad I chose this bank for my needs.

I have been a customer of Renasant for a number of years. I was with Merchant's and Farmers , until Renasant bought them out about 12 or more years ago.Everyone there has been extremely helpful in my banking . They have a policy, people 62 and over no monthly charge, saves me $12 a month.When we were hit with the covid pandemic, everything changed. The front doors were locked , with signs indicating ; call for appt. Almost all banking was handled at the drive-thru.We all seemed to adjust.Renasant has installed several apps, that make transactions , fast, accurate all your statemates , even bill paying, also an app for your debit activity, for me I'm just learning to useThe information very detailed,Please call your local branch and get them to describe the electronic banking system, so far great for me and I highly recommend these people !I would also like people to know some perks I have received , couple of years back, all customers received $1000 life insurance no charge, well this year they negotiated a great deal. A policy paying $100,000 with a premium of $11 per month,Again call them to see what they offer.They have standard banking hrs 4, dive-thrus , and you can use the front without an appointment, in 11 years I've had very good support in my banking with Renasant !
