I attempted to call to find information for an account. After a 6 minute hold, I was told the customer service rep had another customer and I would be placed back on hold. The rep was extraordinarily rude. I will add her name to this review soon. I do not recommend this location for doing business.. D-

I really dislike coming here to use the ATM. Every week it’s out of service or you can’t make cash deposits. Today is Tuesday and for the 2nd day in a roll it’s still out of service ??♀️

I had my online account locked up . They are very knowledgeable staff. They unlock my online account in less than 20 minutes. On the other hand, the one on goodman rd and swinea rd , they need some training., I waited 3 weeks and they never resolved my issue. Great job to this location for helping me to unlock my online account ?

Typically receive very good service from this location so I always go out of my way to do all of my business here. However today I had an appointment for 12:15pm. Showed up about 5 minutes early for my appointment and the doors are locked obviously due to COVID-19, so I call the number on the door and inform them I’m there for my appointment. I made it online so it didn’t say who it was with, and I informed them of this. They seemed confused that I have an appointment and equally confused that I don’t know who it’s with. They put me on hold 4 different times during the course of this conversation. She kept taking me off of hold and then sitting there in silence waiting for me to answer questions she never asked. Finally they tell me that they only have 2 bankers working inside today, and they’re both currently busy with customers, so I would have to wait. So I ask how long she thought the wait would be because I work for a living and at some point I do have to get back to my job... that’s the whole reason I set the appointment. She told me she had no idea how long it would be, but that someone would come outside to get me as soon as they’re ready for me. I stood there for about 20 minutes in this 90 degree Mississippi heat before I had to give up. I called the woman back and told her I couldn’t keep waiting and to cancel my appointment and again, she was super rude with me before she finally stopped talking and actually listened to what I said, which was that I was cancelling my appointment. So she cancelled it and I hung up. All I wanted was to add a savings account, now all I want is to switch to a different bank.

Horrible tellers. I was told only after I handed the teller $1,000 of my money, to remove my hat due to security purposes. It was a windy day. That was the reason I was wearing one . The thing that bothers me the most is that two men were in the bank who were not asked to do the same. Don't wait until you have MY money to suddenly be worried about security. And furthermore, wear real hair yourself and not a wig so I know who you really are as well. I'm the one taking a risk, handing a stranger 1k of my hard earned money. Sexist discrimination is Regions game!

Regions is an archaic institution that can't compete with most banks for basic free checking. They require a $1,500 minimum to avoid a monthly fee. This isn't a premium credit card, it's a basic checking account at a bank.
