Brought in a Subaru Forester for 60k mile service. It included a few inspections and fluid changes. One of the fluid changes was the differential fluid. Rob (one half of the R and R) overfilled the differential and caused the transaxle seal to leak. I brought it back to them to rectify and they said they couldn't fix it. I ended up having to take it to the dealership to get it repaired at an additional $400. I informed them of their error and they refused to refund or help whatsoever. Ron (the other half of the R) even used the excuse that Rob no longer worked there. These guys are amateurs at best and should be avoided.

he has had my car for 4 years now granted the first two years plenty of work got done, but the last two years nothing has been done except for his complaints about his mother. now, I more than anyone understand the importance of a mother but you don't blow off everybody in your customer base

Took my vehicle to them 4/2019 my son was coming home from the war and I wanted to suprise him by driving the vehicle to Fort Bragg.I specified that time was of the essence.They messed up a tune up and I ended up not driving it to ft bragg because it was not road ready.Items were missing from my vehicle after they had it for 6 months and paid paid a hefty down payment on services. Even though I was overcharged much more than the initial quote and with what seemed to be a fictitious invoice, I refused to adress the issue because they'll most likely deny it. NEVER PAY MORE THAN THE DEPOSIT UP FRONT... they will doctor up the invoice on you for sure..

Both Ron and Rob are the guy's to go to for you auto repairs. They were not on time for my appointment but early! The customer service was beyond excellent, they were able to get me on the road safe and sound an hour faster than agreed on. Really appreciate your professionalism and honesty.
