If I could give this shop NO stars, I would. I was in this business to purchase some music equipment. The employees refused to wait on me. Additionally, one of the employees let loose an unfiendly Doberman that growled at me more than once. NEVER AGAIN!

First thing before pricing, the owner talks down the item your selling ( like it’s kinda old ). Second, he goes online and then exaggerates EVER minor flaw. Finally, he offers you a price 50% less than Amazon or EBay. Seriously. If the item is selling for $600, he’ll offer you $275…then throw in an additional $25 to make it seems like he cares. Don’t believe me. Ask him how much he gave the seller and look at the price on the item. I’m out.

My friend was just in there and the owner treated him poorly. tried to make him feel uneducated. Totally insulted him in front of customers. FYI TO OWN YOUR BUSINESS YOU MUST FIRST HAVE RESECT FOR ALL CUSTOMERS LEARN HOW TO COMMUNICATE.. FOR CHRIST SAKE HAVE A OPEN MIND!!! WILL NEVER BE IN THIS PAWN SHOP AGAIN...

Just had the best experience here, they are knowledgeable patient time and will work with you. You don’t have a mask, prices are very reasonable and they have layaway. Just no guns.

People are rude to the point of being verbally abusive cursing people that go in to buy things. Would not recommend going there for any reason. I will in fact tell people to stay away. Would not want anyone else to experience such a traumatic experience

Worst customer service I've encountered. Went in store looking for a tool. Upon finding the tool I gleefully went to the counter and set it on top. You would have thought I crapped in their faces from the reaction. I was cussed at and severely tongue lashed because apparently the counter top was brand new or something. I got offended and told them to keep it and I wouldn't be coming back. They said they hoped not and called me an idiot. My question is, why would you have a counter top people can't set their merchandise on? I would give zero stars if I could. Too many other places to spend my money.

Just straight up rude people. I calked on phone and they are not feiendly at all. I went to the shop and they offered no kind of help and quiet frankly i would never go back there in a million years. I guess thats why their parking lot is always empty. The lady must hate her job our hate people. I gelt like i was being judged and it was terrible experince
