**** BEWARE!!!! THEY WILL CUT YOUR DOG's PENIS" If I could have given them 0 points, I would have. Their customer service personnel is horrible. They exhibit no empathy to the customer. My little bitty dog is a Shorkie mix with Shit Zu. The groomer CUT my dog's PENIS and now it is INFECTED! I did not notice it right away because it was not bleeding, however, I believe that they waited to clean it up. The reason I say this is because when I dropped off my dog, the little short lady, Who I will refer to as "KAREN" that sits in the corner told me that my dog was #2 in line. I dropped him off at 8:15 am. I called for Bentley at 10 and she said he was not quite ready. I thought that was strange because he was #2. Well, KAREN finally called for me to pick him up at 12:45. I noticed that his penis hair was shaved very low and the area was red, however, I dismissed it by thinking that it was just red. Dogs have red penis..right? Well, over the next couple of days, it started to swell and got infected. I called to explain that I feel that the groomer "accidentlly" nicked his penis. I was trying to be understanding. KAREN said "oh well, you should have brought it to our attention the day of. I attempted to explain that I did not see it then. After some exchange, KAREN says, "well your dog is not a good fit here any longer. Don't bring him back". and hung up the phone in my face. Well, well, well. My dog is like my child. He is a person to me and I do not like to see my little baby injured due negligence from the groomer. I drove over there because I knew she probably would not answer or even hang up the phone if I called back. I walked in and asked for the address because it was my intentions to call the police and make a police report. KAREN said..with her little rude, non-customer service self corner jumps up out of her seat and go swinging her arms around in the air yelling at me "I told you not to come back here again". The older lady who I will call KAREN'S helper came to the front, she seemed to have a little better customer service training because she listened..for a minute..offered to walk to the car and looked at my dog's penis and said, well, the manager will probably ask you to take him to the vet and they will give him antibiotics. Come back inside with me and I will give you the manager's number. I followed her back in and the KAREN in the corner was furious that I was back in the shop. "I am calling the police..I am calling the police. The rest of the staff appeared to have to hold her back as if she was going to attack me. I guess she has a anger management problem. She paced back and forth gong in and out of the little door in the back as if she wanted to attack me. All of the sudden, the KAREN's helper that I thought was exhibiting good customer service--says to me "you are one evil woman". Wow! Really! YOUR shop CUT MY DOG'S PENIS and I am the evil one? At that point, I called her a "B$$## because, truthfully, that is exactly what they were acting like". Yes, I became furious. So she calls the police and tell him that I am crazy. I am acting really crazy" KAREN says. Well, well, well. Is it the 'white play card" a black customer is upset and she uses it to her advantage in good ole Mississippi. Miss KAREN Mississippi pulled the angry black woman card! WOW! Well, I waited for the police to come. I had nothing to run from...remember, THEY CUT MY LITTLE SHORKIE'S PENIS and it is turning yellow with infection..but I am the crazy black lady. The police shows up. Of course, there was a little bit of prejudice from the Caucasian officer that showed up..he was rescuing the white women from the black customer who is upset that they CUT her dog's PENIS. He ask for my ID..which I did not have a problem,.. I mean, I am not on Mississippi's Most Wanted. I am a law abiding citizen..no criminal record that only wanted to bring to Pampered Paws attention that my dog was injured by the

I have been taking my boys to Pampered Paws for a few years now and I just absolutely love them! Not only do they do an excellent job of grooming my SUPER anxious guy, they are wonderful people, and you can tell really love dogs. I 100% recommend if you want a great cut and clean for your puppers at a great price, with outstanding service.

NEVER USE PAMPERED PAWS - I took our 3 year old bouncy Goldendoodle to them last Saturday. Nancy greeted us and was very nice. I filled out forms and I was honest in sharing the past 5 months have been horrible due to a terminal illness/death in my immediate family. Our doodle had lots of tangles. They advised it would be a #10 shave cut. I had No idea her bum would have red razor burn and cuts on it. It's like the groomer didn't care and raced thru the cut! Our furbaby is now timid, cowls down like an abused animal. I have contacted my vet and we are taking good care of her healing. I had read reviews on this grooming business before I made an appt. Hindsight, I should have researched for negative comments about their service.

Have a 7month old Golden-doodle, went in on 1/23 and asked for a body cut, but to trim her face and keep it “fluffy/full” specifically said to not cut her face, keep it fluffy, literally went to picker her up in just a few hrs, and guess what…??? They cut her face??♂️. My Goldendoodle looks like a shaved poodle. Maybe not cutting her face and keep it fluffy means “cut her face and nearly bald it out”…#realreviewI won’t be back, and will recommend my friends elsewhere!

The staff here is EXCEPTIONAL!!! The young receptionist, Nikki, has a wealth of knowledge and eager to assist with all of your questions. Groomers Ms. Vickie and Haven are phenomenal! They are like dog whisperers and extremely skilled in their field!

We had a very bad experience with our Yorkie. Dropped him off at around 9ish he was fine at home . Around 2:00 I was getting worried it had been 5 hours . I called the tech was very upset cause my Yorkie had diarrhea with blood was every where even when we got there it was bad !! We rushed him to the Emergencyhospital. They were very concern about him . But the part that has me pissed is because he stayed in a kennel for 5 hours BARKING AND BARKING . We got him to Emergency room got the diarrhea taken care of . But the Vet said he lost his voice because he stressed left in there he's never been in a kennel but being in there for 5 hours caused him to lose his voice which he's never been in a kennel. Vet said his bark an whinning will take a while to come back maybe . We also noticed because of him waiting so long the diarrhea got worse and they chopped up his hair his hair looks a mess . So I get a call from Jessica checking on him .She said there must have been 40 dogs in back and that's how they work that 5 hours wait is normal . Not to me its abusive for that many dogs to sit in a kennel for that long . If this is how they work I will cut my own dogs hair . Because I bought it to her attention that the Vet said he was stressed out because of the kennel . Yes I was mad with Jessica but who wouldn't!!!

I had a great experience. I’m a first time fur baby mom lol. I was recommended taking my dog Izzy here from a friend. I’m glad I chose Pampered Paws for her grooming. Customer service was great, setting a appointment was easy. Her cut was neat clean and she had the cutest scarf on.
