Phipps was previously Oliver drug store, owned by Steve, Oliver and his parents! I have been a customer for over 30 years! They spoiled us! if their opening time was 9 AM or 830 and you called at 8:56 they answered the telephone not Phipps! If you call in a prescription on Thursday for Saturday, no matter the prescription non-narcotic or narcotic it was always ready for Saturday morning when they opened! Well, my prescriptions weren’t ready this morning ! The excuses because I had one narcotic they couldn’t fill it until they opened this morning at 9 AM because they’re not allowed to fill narcotics until the 30th day . When it was Olivers, no matter what ;it was ready as soon as they opened . Whether it was 30 days or not ! I guess they started to work before they opened maybe? yes, they’re very very friendly still. But I’m sorry I miss Oliver Drugstore . Steve Oliver no one can replace you and Christie and Lori!

A pharmacist by the name of Ed helped me so much !'!!I have gastric reflux and I ran out of refills on my medication. A few hours later the pharmacist by the name of Ed called me up and told me he dug up a refill for my medication. He saved me a great deal of pain and gave me relief. Thank you very much Ed!! I can still count on Phipps!! I did write a bad review. I guess I should take it back because we all are not perfect !

I have been coming to this pharmacy when it was previously Oliver Drugs and now Phipps for over 20 years. I have had nothing but excellent service until today. I came in to pick up 2 different prescriptions, that were called in over 5 days ago. I only received one of them. I called back and asked about why I only received one instead of two. The person on the phone asked for my date of birth and what was the prescription I was missing. I told her the information, and she said they will get it ready for me. This was around 1130am. I returned to pick up my prescription around 4pm and was told they didn't have anything for me. I asked again and was finally told my doctor called in a name brand prescription and my insurance would not cover it. Why wasnt i told this over 5 days ago when it was called in? When this business was ran by Steve Oliver i was always notified when something like this happened. Now I have a severe stuttering disability, and as I was trying ask another question, the lady rudly interrupted me as I was struggling to talk and spoke over me. She could clearly see i was having trouble trying to speak. I was extremely embarrassed. My mother who was a customer of Oliver Drugs for over 50 years and currently this Phipps pharmacy came into the store to ask the lady why she spoke over me. The lady told her she didn't speak over me and she also said the she didn't notice I had a disability, which is a lie.. i went ahead and paid full price for the prescription because I have to have it for my disability.. I have never been treated by anyone at this pharmacy like this until today. Everyone else there has always treated with kindness and excellently customer service except for this lady. I will take my 20+ years of business somewhere else.

Had to recently change pharmacies due to an insurance change. Needed my medications urgently!! Oliver’s took all of my information over the phone, so patiently all while making me feel like getting my medications was priority to them. I went from being a completely new patient at Oliver’s, to picking up my prescription refills all within a couple of hours. Definitely recommend!
