I brought in a brand new expensive dress here for them to try and remove a small ink spot on the back. When my husband came home with it, it had a safety pin in the front of dress at neckline....it left 3 holes in dress!! Plus they didn't even try to get ink spot out, and I was charged $9. I contacted owner... she blamed me, took NO responsibility, and was very rude!!! I will NEVER go here again!!
