Used to love coming here. Now when I come, there's always something that stops me from coming in. Tried to come in today at 10:49pm, what stops me? A daily update... if it's not that, they close the doors for a shift change when I know there's an office that they could go to and do their money and lock the door behind behind them. At this point, im wondering if they even want business??? This has become too ridiculous for me and I'm tired of it. All I wanted was a fresh cup of coffee, can't even get that. Thanks for denying me all the time.

Usually when I get gas, this is my go-to spot. The parking lot is always well-lit, I feel safe and every pump is in working order. I've also gone inside for snacks and drinks and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

This store is very clean and the store employees are very polite and inviting. I hate to say it but clean the restroom and keep tissue in there for personal use.

I'm pretty positive I got bad gas at the local on Church in southaven, ms. The first and last time I'll get gas at a mapco.

This store is very unprofessional ! They do not properly Train their new employees … neglect their workers and are very rude. Do not clean up after shifts , don’t do their duties , very lazy employees. The CSL is very unprofessional && the highest manger at this location has been off for a week and a half and only calls or text to say something negative instead of making sure her store is in order. They rather give themselves a good look than to do the right thing. I have worked for Mapco many times and I will never work at this one. I need to speak with head quarter or something the whole store needs to be replaced ☹️

Went about a half hour ago ( 1:30 am). 2 employees outside in the courtyard talking and the store was locked. A gas customer told me they were closed. On the previous visit, the only clerk behind the counter, presumably a new manager, was eating a bag of chips while tending to the register. Very unprofessional!

Been coming to this store since it opened. Used to have friendly service and everything stayed stocked. Since getting a new manager, this store has severely been in the decline. The coffee bar had become severely understocked. The coolers look as of they struggle to find someone to stock them. And the cleanliness of the store has become horrid.

Not the cheapest gas prices BUT i dont usually experience a long wait time at the pump nor the line inside. So great for quick stops. ?

Decent Mapco Mart in Southaven, MS. Very nice newer building! But gas pumps were dirty and run down. Pumps need a remodel &/or deep clean. And the bathroom was kind of dirty. Nice selection of drinks, food, and deli. It can get kind of busy sometimes though and have a line inside. Recommend joining their free rewards program. Not too far from I55.

Getting gasoline in this modern era has changed drastically from the early "gas stations" where uniformed attendants,fueled the car,offered to check under the hood, checked the tires and informed the customer the cars condition.Usually a soft drink machine and maybe a few bags of chipsWere all they had to offer customers.Man have things changed,at this Mapco station located on a spacious corner lot. Has 14 fuelings stations offering 3 grades of gas plus diesel fuel.All self-service.window washingIs available ,also do it your self.And several was to pay, at thePump or inside the store.Besides fuel for your vehicle,there is a convince storeStocked with just seeminglyEvery snack available.,along with soft drinks,beer and tobacco productsSeparated by a wall there is a kitchen offering fried chickenAnd seating to eat in or carry out.What impressed me most was the customer service I encountered , friendly, courteous and special thanks toChasity,who took the time to help me with a problem with mySmart phone,Besides being convenient,they offer just about everything to make your trip an experience !
