“I love the workers, especially Phyllis and Chastity! They helped me when I needed to mail my mother’s ashes, who had just passed. I was very emotional, and they were extremely nice to me. The place is usually packed when I go, but they do the best they can to get the lines down.”
“Everyone was upbeat in the store. I told the employee that I had Amazon returns and I guess she was waiting on me to show her the QR code but she didn’t say anything so we were both kind of just waiting on the other. Other than the awkward wait it was a great experience.”

CAROL is my go to person she is very professional,knowledgeable and tries her best to get you in and out in a timely manner which I absolutely LOVE!
Without Carol this UPS store would NOT run smoothly and effectively. Don’t get me wrong the other associates are FANTASTIC also BUT Carol is the absolute BACKBONE to this UPS store.This UPS store has come a long way in the past 3-4 years, a lot of their customers are very rude not to mention very demanding, believe me I have witnessed this rudeness for myself. Let’s face it getting great customer service has become obsolete which is pathetic but NOT at this particular UPS store!
