Never get delivery from here. Ordered a dish washer and payed for delivery and installation. Some how no one entered that it was too be delivered. After 20 years of business I am done with Lowe's. I called and they had no answers. Good luck Lowe's

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS VERY POOR. I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY ATTENTION OR INTEREST. EVERYONE IS IN THEIR OWN MEAT. THEY WERE NOT HELPING ME AT ALL WITH THE MATERIAL I WILL BUY.

I ordered a washer/dryer over a month ago. When the delivery people came, they said it could not be installed and the order would be cancelled. After numerous store visits and calls to the store and distribution center and credit card company, the charge is still showing on my credit card. Terrible customer service. Go elsewhere. (If I could give zero stars, I would.)

Hello, my name is Deanne T. I ordered a toilet from lowes around March 25, and it said it was delivered on March 26. I never received the toilet because they delivered it to the wrong address. I have called customer service multiple times, and they verified that I did input the correct address. They said they checked the truck GPS and looked at a Google Earth view of my house and that all of it matched up, which was a lie.
I have picture proof that it was the wrong house and they still won't give me a refund. They refuse to call me back, which is why I have to keep calling them.
As of May 2, 2024, I still have yet to receive my toilet or a refund. Lowes refuse to return it to me.
