Cute stuff in there. I wish we got the name of the sales associate that helped us today around noon (Lorraine?, Loretta?). She was so helpful. We will return Monday to shop for my daughter who will soon be starting her "big girl" job.

The customer service was exceptional! From the time I walked into the door to the time I left the atmosphere was very welcoming!The young lady who was there was dressed to kill and she helped me find some goooddd picks! The young man who worked there was also dressed to the tee with his suit and smile!I would definitely return to this place!

There were three associates working the floor and I walked all over the store without any of them even acknowledging me. Didn't want to buy anything just because of that reason. Y'all need to do better and be friendlier to customers.

I was pretty shocked to find only two other customers inside, but it should have been a red flag. Although the store was packed with clothes, there was only one thing on the floor that caught my eye. Much of what was out looked like it had been in the store for a while and my shopping experience was not improved by the sales team. There were three associates working the floor but I made my way to the back of the space before anyone acknowledged me in the near empty store. Also, as a former LOFT sales associate, I was shocked that none of them offered to start a fitting room for me while I walked throughout the store carrying dresses I eventually tried on. The dresses were cut poorly and didn't fit, which was a bummer, because I love LOFT. I probably wouldn't visit this location again... not that anyone in the store would notice if I was there or not.

I stopped while traveling. Though two clerks were working, they both were ringing up a man who was waiting for his wife in the dressing room. Rather than open another register or have him wait until his wife was done shopping, I was left standing there. I waited more than 15 minutes to check out. I should have just left my items behind during the wait. But, then, I got home to see I'd been overcharged. Loft will not offer a refund or credit unless I drive back to the store. Don't waste your time or money.
