I had an amazing experience when I stopped by this store and it’s all because one of their sales associates, Ashley, treated me so well. I’m in town for a conference and since there are no Lane Bryant stores near me anymore, I made it a point to visit one in Memphis. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and asked if there’s anything in particular that I was looking for by Ashley. I told her that I needed sports bras and a nice push bra and she immediately pointed me to the right direction. During my time in the store, she informed me about the different products in the store which helped me decide which bra to go with and which bra to reconsider. She encouraged me to step out of my comfort zone and try on different bras and overall was very professional, sweet, and knowledgeable. Even as multiple visitors came in and out of the store, she still managed to provide excellent customer service to me and work on her tasks like handling the cash register. She was very honest and personable which I appreciated! She didn’t pressure me into buying anything that I didn’t like and listened to my opinions about certain things. This was honestly one of the best shopping experiences that I’ve had!

I will NEVER shop at this shop as long as ELLEN is employed. This lady is very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. I was trying to purchase merchandise and she was too busy in her phone texting and eating her greasy food at the register!

I was a loyal customer to this place , Until last month when they stole from my account. I purchased a 255.86$ worth of merchandise.The next day I noticed it was doubled charged on my account.So we spoke to the manager and our bank.It has been rejected from the bank and they told us the company was responsible for return.I still have not received our money back period.This place stills your money .Do not go here or support them.The bank also said there has been multiple complaints of this happening with other customers.So I know I'm not the only one they have stolen from.It is sickening how big companies can do this with no repercussions.

I usually have great experiences here. But today, I didn't. I had an hour to try to go find something to wear to my mother in law's funeral. I also needed new jeans. Usually when I walk in this store I am, at the least, greeted. In fact, sometimes I feel almost like the attention is over the top. Today the man and woman behind the counter had a great conversation while never acknowledging that I was even in the store..I'll go somewhere else.
