Austin Marshall was well will trained in the sales and customer service department. I will most definitely recommend all of my friends and family to come and purchase a automobile with your company. Alston is very well mannered and knows his job extremely well. He really sold me with his customer service!!!! I love my new 2024 Nissan Pathfinder !!! I took my car to Landers to have a recall done on my car because I keep getting letters from them asking me to bring it in. So I took it to their dealership. I got there at 1:00 P.M. There were at least 4 people ahead of me in the waiting area, so I expected to be there a couple of hours. People were leaving within 30 minutes or so. But at the same time others were coming in after me. At 5:00 the ASM, Regina Jones, came in to get another customer that had been waiting for about 20 minutes. She said to her"your car is ready". I asked her when would mine be ready. She said wait a minute I'll be back. She came back and told me to follow her to the service department. I went with her and waited again while she went to the back. She came back a few minutes later and told me that they would not be able to work on my car today....but...what they could do was for me to leave my car overnight and they would provide me with the a rental. Bythis time I had been there from 1-5:30. Four and a half hours having 3 blood sugar drops while they were doing nothing to fix my car. I told Regina Jones to just give me my keys and I left. This is twice I have taken my car to them to have this recall done. I have never had such a terrible experience as I have dealing with this dealership. I will not go back there again.

I enjoyed the help that I received when my car was not truly ready for pick up. I was impressed with how quickly the Leads began to expedite the issue as they too, knew something was still wrong with my car.

I had an oil change and tire rotation. Even though they are going through a remodel, the service was still exceptional! They have a temporary space for customers which was comfortable and clean. Good folks at Landers Nissan!

I'm excited to share that I recently made my first significant purchase as an adult. The staff at Landers was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcomed. They even remembered my name! It's not easy for a group of people to cater to customers' needs so well. Landers exceeded my expectations and made my transition into this new purchase incredibly easy. I just want to give a HUGE shoutout to AUSTIN MARSHALL for helping me through it all!

My appointment was at 2 for an oil change and I was done in less than an hour. GREATLY APPRECIATED! Staff was friendly.Update: My washer fluid was empty and they did not fill it. I called them about it and I had to go back to get that done.

Landers did an amazing job on repairing my transmission in a timely manner. The only issue I had was after receiving my vehicle back in my possession my engine light & the light with the car & road came was on my dashboard & wouldn’t go off so I told to bring my car back twice so that the person who worked on my car can see what the problem is I arrived after a little after 9am waited & I was than told he’ll be coming in at 1pm I left & came back waited a bit once again he wasn’t there & I was told he wasn’t coming in he had emergency with that being said I returned Thursday, yesterday afternoon my problem was solved.

Best car buying experience ever!I was greeted warmly and assisted immediately. Austin Marshall sold me my car. He was thorough with explaining features the car had. He was personable, respectful, and funny. All the employees that assisted me were super nice. I want to thank everyone there for their professionalism.

We had a nice friendly experience at Landers Nissan yesterday, purchasing our new Rogue! April Stone was very helpful in answering all of our questions and getting the paperwork done in a timely manner! We also want to thank the rest of the staff for their help and the entertainment while waiting!!!

Regina Jones was very rude today. We attempted to ask her questions in regards to our service and instead of being helpful she was very dismissive and kept ignoring what was being asked. She was very short and seemed like she didn’t want to assist us. I tried to ask her about the air conditioner and the cost of service and she got very smart and said they can do it anywhere. Front desk didn’t want to print out information regarding my car. Overall terrible customer service!!

I really appreciated the manner in which my purchase was handled, buy the sales person and by the finance person - it was low key and professional - when I buy a vehicle, I have done my research and have the money, what decides the sale is the action by the people who represent the dealership. I was quite happy with all the people I interacted with - very calm, no pushy behavior, just very professional

My salesman was wonderful, Freddy Christopher. I have no issues with him at all and would recommend him in a heartbeat. The GM, Bobby Blankenship, on the other hand was a complete jerk. He used explicit profanity in his office while I was in the building and I could hear every single word he said. He directed most of that profanity towards me when I was trying to negotiate a monthly car payment that I could afford. It was extremely unprofessional and rude. I was very close to walking out and taking my business elsewhere if it had not been for Freddy. I expressed my feelings regarding his behavior to Freddy, Paul Dillard, and the other salesmen that were in the office at the time and multiple apologies were given. No apology was given by Bobby. This behavior needs to be addressed with him ASAP. It was an extremely uncomfortable situation and I do not appreciate him speaking about me using the language that he used.

Scheduled an appointment to take my wife's Jeep in to get the start stop service light looked at. When she dropped it off, they asked if she was dropping off or waiting. She stated dropping off. We text the number for an update, called and waited on hold for 10 minutes for them to tell us it wouldn't be ready till later in the week, the mechanics that look at that stuff don't work weekends. Awful service and no clear communication.

I had just left a previous dealership frustrated and I wasn’t sure what to expect. Roger came out and greeted us and was so polite. After I told him my requirements. He showed me 3 options. I wanted to stay in a certain budget and he made sure that I did. The experience was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and I was in and out in 2-3 hours. I will definitely recommend Landers and Roger if you are looking for a car.

I called Landers to be transferred to the service department. A very nice guy by the name of Mark answered the phone, I told him what was going on. He told me to bring my car that day and explained that it may take up to two days to resolve the issue.He called me back the same day and told me what the problem was and it would be ready the next day. I received the call from him before 8:30am, the next day.Thanks Mark for your prompt service. If I could rate you 10 stars, I definitely would!
