Terrible customer service.The service managers never answer the phone or call you back, if you leave a message.They also like to place "Guess the broken part". They wanted me to pay $700 to replace a part they stated, "they thought was the problem".

Does not deserve a single star I made a mistake to stop by for maintenance scheduled service on truck and being closer to where I live I decided to give them a shot.Terrible customer service and don't even care to address your issue

I was there for a recall today and it was by far the WORST I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED! Immediately after they finished my truck I drove over to Valvoline for an oil change. I was quickly notified that whomever performed work to my car previously did a horrible job. The mechanics left oil, a gasket, and a huge bolt lying inside of a splash guard. They didn't attempt to clean anything after the part that was changed. I immediately took my truck back and the service advisor had an attitude and stated that "it happens" and brushed it off as if it was no big issue! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT LOCATION FOR ANYTHING!

Arrived to have my wife's car serviced, two individuals sitting at the desk never moved from their work area to greet us. We actually had to walk over to them and describe issues experienced with the vehicle. Someone did call once the problem was identified and again when repairs were completed.When paying the invoice, we noticed an amount that wasn't identified, no one provided an explanation. The reply when asked, "I think it was for ????" Once the invoice was paid, we had to walk out into the lot to find the vehicle, it was not brought to us or parked in a convenient location.In my opinion, customer service should be a complete package demonstrated by all staff members. Unfortunately, we were not treated with much in the way of professionalism.

Thought I had found responsible dealer,proved me wrong! Battery issues on a new truck purchased from them at 21000 miles. Four days of no answers at service desk,sent to voicemail that was full all four days. Went in person on the fifth day , only to be greeted by unprofessional service writer,front desk personnel with no desire to help anyone,general manager that cannot control this shit show. Thought Sunrise Memphis was a real shit show,this one out classes them. Bought a battery from parts department,installed my self. Some fucking bumper to bumper warranty, also bought 10 year extended warranty at purchase time. Called GMC direct about all this incompetence. M. Hopkins

Thank you, Wesley and other service members, for repairing the a/c in my Buick Encore and for prioritizing the repair in order to do so more quickly than initially expected. In these 100+ degree temperatures, your great service was appreciated!

Service was fast, friendly and professional! As soon as I pulled into the garage the staff met me at my SUV. They honored my oil change coupon. I thought I needed a wheel alignment but the service advisor recommended a balance AND IT WORKED!!!I got an oil change, rotation and balance for $100.Thank you Landers Buick GMC!

The first time coming I was in and out. 2nd time a little over an hour but this time I waited over 3 hours. Had a 9am appointment and it is now 12:26 and I am just now getting done. Almost 4 hours for an oil change.
