I had to do a drug screen and my experience was great. The check-in process was smooth since everything is done online. I was only there for a few mins but the technician who helped me was fantastic.

I went to this location today with my husband as usually. There were only one your lady working by herself. Shame on Labcorp to have this lady working by herself is just down right inhuman! Last Friday the center was closed! Apparently there must be a change in management. Because I’ve never known this location to be closed or having one person working alone. Labcorp president need to come down and visit these small locations to see what conditions you have your workers working in! Very very poorly management! Labcorp I’m telling my family and friends to maybe skip here and go to Quest. I dont want to support an organization that understaff and work their employees as hard as that sweet young lady was doing today! Just sad and wish I could’ve helped her.

Excellent service. Smooth running lab. It was very clean and everyone was very pleasant and efficient. I was impressed at how quickly I was helped and the attendans were all very kind. Best lab experience I've ever had and I'm not a spring chicken! ?

Came here for drug test. Easy check-in. Only a simple person could not figure it out. Then was escorted to the back by the most friendliest nurse. Staff was super nice. In and out in 5 mins if that. Very helpful and acknowledgable staff. What highly recommend this place.

Go ahead and use the Southaven lab..... if you never need the results. Over the past 3 months we have had samples take 3 weeks, 4 weeks... even 8 weeks to result. This lab used to be good but has now turned into a sad excuse for a medical testing facility. Save yourself some grief and go somewhere else if you ever want to see a test result.
