I visited this pharmacy after leaving the hospital to pickup my prescription and the woman at window Jessica was 1 of the most rude people I've ever encountered. I'm not going to stop at just doing this review I'm going to contact the working manager and inform them of the unpleasant and unprofessional way I was handled. With society today I'm sure it was all recorded so some type of action should be taken swiftly.

The pharmacy told me that they had my son’s medicine in stock. So I wait an hour and fifteen minutes to be told that they are counting out the medication at that moment. So I wait another fifteen minutes to be told that they are out of stock. So how in the world of incompetency does it become out of stock while they are counting it out. I will no longer do any shopping at all at any Kroger.

My friend went to pickup my med’s that had been called in two days advance on some the others were called in a week ago… She still waited 1-hr. maybe 1–hr.1/2And the order wasn’t complete !!!!

They treated me like complete trash, and refused to take my money because half of it was in quarters, and I explain to them that my son needed his medication and they told me to go get some cash money. We don’t want your quarters if you want to hear the full thing of what happen when she’s pretty horrible go to the Nextdoor app under Groom And Go by Bentley.

Very rude and terrible customer service. There are plenty other pharmacies around that will treat you better. I gave 1 star because there isn’t a choice for zero stars.

They treated me as if I was a wet dog with fleas and unworthy to speak to. The white ladies with big glasses yesterday just looked a t me with hate and was so mean I cried. I'm a 80 year old senior and just want help reading a medical. Where the worst people as a whole I've ever meet

so i was going to get my pills and when i pulled up to the the window they where very disrespectful to me and when i pulled out my payment method wouldn't except my rolls of quarters and i told them i need it for my little daughter they said they did not care and told me to comeback without chump change
