I went to the Johnston and Murphy store on 10/5/23. I told the associate, JR, that I was a long-time wearer of another brand but that the shoes just didn't seem to fit me right anymore. I told him of my foot issues and he immediately recommended a shoe. The recommendation was spot on. I will be returning when I need another pair.

Fantastic hidden gem in the Tanger Outlet mall. They sell the returns that you can't even tell were worn, at less that half the price, all on the special wall if that is your jam. You can find some great deals every once and a while. I've snagged a few pair that way, but they never seem to be comfortable. That may be why they were returned to begin with, eh?I prefer the new shoes with the 15%-40% price reductions in price. I scored an awesome pair of extremely comfortable black "dress shoes" there today. They feel awesome and look all plain nice and proper. These twothings do not normally match. I have at least 6 pair of black dress shoes and they all hurt after 4 hours or so. Ugh!I will continue to stop here on my monthly runs to Tanger. Glad it's here!

We walked in the store. Not greeted just stared at very closely by a big terribly sun burned blond head women. She was very RUDE with a very disgusting attitude. If racism was a person it would most certainly be her.

I went into the Southaven Tanger outlet location on 6/20/22 around 11:15 am. I was the ONLY customer in the store. The employee never said one word to me. Not even a simple hello as she saw me walk through the door. She pretended to look at a book as if I wasn’t there. I browsed the store, saw a shoe I really wanted to purchase for my husband. I couldn’t make myself ask her for help. I went home and reluctantly ordered it online. Hoping this employee is not a reflection of all.The customer service here is terrible.

I have probably 20-30 pair of shoes from this store. I went in yesterday planning to buy my entire wedding parties shoes on June 26 around 2pm.. when I walked in not one person said anything to me. The guy just stared at his phone literally LITERALLY for 30 minutes before i just gave up and bought 2 pair of shoes for myself which i found my own size and style. Dude was the worst associate I have ever felt with. I swear he didn't even look up from his phone to ring me up. $300 for 2 pair of shoes you'd think they would at least show you respect not treat you like a dog. Really stinks because I will not be going back to this store because of it. Rude rude rude. I needed 10 pair of shoes. Probably would have been around $2,000.

Very knowledgeable and friendly. The manager, Michael, does his best to engage with everyone throughout the store and works one on one a with each person to make sure they get what they’re looking for. Very nice selection of shoes and they seem to always have good sales.

Shoes are pricey even on clearance although you should expect to pay for quality. These shoes should last awhile and both pairs i bought were gorgeous! The staff was friendly and helpful. I'll be back!

Great store. I wish they participated in center-wide promotions like the 20% off Easter special. Disappointing to see they were one of the very few places not part of that.
