  I went to the Johnston and Murphy store on 10/5/23. I told the associate, JR, that I was a long-time wearer of another brand but that the shoes just didn't seem to fit me right anymore. I told him of my foot issues and he immediately recommended a shoe. The recommendation was spot on. I will be returning when I need another... read full comment

  Very knowledgeable and friendly. The manager, Michael, does his best to engage with everyone throughout the store and works one on one a with each person to make sure they get what they’re looking for. Very nice selection of shoes and they seem to always have good sales.

  Shoes are pricey even on clearance although you should expect to pay for quality. These shoes should last awhile and both pairs i bought were gorgeous! The staff was friendly and helpful. I'll be back!
