I came in to get my taxes done because Walmart was running a promo for a discount on tax prep fees and a gift card. Long story short, there was an issue with my Walmart+ account, and Stephanie Thomas was so nice, patient, and helpful throughout the whole ordeal. She asked her fellow tax professionals for assistance to solve my problem, and she waited while it took forever for Walmart customer service to straighten out my issue. Thank you so much for being so helpful & patient!!! This was a great first experience with Jackson Hewitt tax services!
