This woman is so patient and so kind. She made me feel like I was actually wanted as a customer, unlike some other places I've been. She was very informative and I'm not going to lie, I got an education in jewelry while I was there. I will definitely be a life long customer!

I went to bring my engagement ring I recently got from my partner to be resized since he proposed to me recently. Prior to bringing it in, I was staring at it for a good while and noticed it wasn’t shiny and sparkling. We went in, got my size, waited a week and a half, and I finally got her back. The first thing I noticed was how amazingly it fits and the shine. I had tiny tears but I was captivated on beautiful and shiny she became. Thank you so much Miss Nelly, I had a wonderful time talking and getting to know you. Will definitely be doing future businesses with you.(First pic is the final resize and cleaned. Second and third is before I gave it to her.)

I love this lady she takes her time with you explains the whole piece of whatever you got she is very honest if it's crap it's crap if it's good it's good no beating around the bush about it very friendly nice I just love her energy and she is just not like that to me she is like that to everyone it doesn't matter who you are everyone is treated the same I have sat there and witnessed that myself I was like I wish everyone could have that same attitude God bless her and her family if you read her story not only is she the best jewelry store around she is a queen of her family and she wears it well so if this lady was to be in any competition I would back her up 100 with no questions ask Thank you so much for all your help and I will speak on everyone else's part as well and I'm sure you don't need any one to tell you that cause you have that gift and it's written all over you. My husband bought two rings for me at Izaboc Fine Jewelry and i am very satisfied. OMG. . They are so beautiful and sparkle like crazy ???. They sparkled more than my old rings. High quality diamonds and great price. Ms Nelly was really amazing. She took time to answer all of my questions and didn’t mind to share her vast knowledge about diamond. Overall, she was one of my favorites and definitely I will go back to see her in the future.

Not only was she very welcoming & patient, but extremely honest, educational & thorough. She took her time and explained, demonstrated and informed me of things that "no shop or Jeweler would ever take time to care/explain/help"... (not w/o guarantee of purchase of course) SMH she offers the highest $ for your Gold or jewelry of any kind.... Absolute Fairest I've ever come across!! I can't say enough About this establishment & delightful owner it doesn't matter if she is making money off of you or not she genuinely enjoys her job & any opportunity to help a customer. She can match you with the absolute perfect item in a matter of minutes. Honestly IDC how cliche, I truly believe she just enjoys seeing the smiles on the faces of anyone she can help!
