Do Not Rent From Hertz! No Cars even though I had a reservation booked for weeks. Even said they have a phone number fir the airport location but no one answers it. Called customer service and got the run around multiple times. BAD BAD BAD.

Was set to pick up at 4:30pm got a call day of pickup at 2:45pm to tell me they couldn't accommodate my reservation because they were out of cars. no apologies and told me I had to call a 800 number to cancel my reservation. I was dumbfounded. Worst experience I've ever had with any company.

Never will I ever rent from Hertz again. This was my first and last time. The Nissan Rogue air went out while traveling to Florida with my family. We were 100 miles from our destination ( Orlando) with no air. The vehicle was not clean. The manager proved to me she did not care. She was concerned with what Hertz did in Florida instead of acknowledging the problem started due to the vehicle I received from her location. The previous renter personal identification was left in the vehicle....Which I will reach out to him myself! The manager was advised of that as well and never asked for it. I was also advised the tires needs to be changed. I prepaid for gas which means I should've taken the car back on empty. Instead it was on half same as it was when I picked it up. The manager did not offer to refund mr my money for gas. The wait to get a car was almost an hour. I have never experienced anything like this before in my life. Only a fool would rent from this location. I am going back to Enterprise. I will also forward my concerns to Hertz Headquarters! At least Hertz in Florida ( Orlando Airport) right their wrong. The manager and his employee were exceptional.

It took me 2 hours and 30 minutes to rent a car from Hertz in Southaven, MS. There was only one lady working. She had to rent the cars, call and see if cars were available and go out and clean the cars and bring them around. This is totally insane for Hertz to treat an employee like that and it is not good customer service. I missed a dinner date because I was stuck there. If we were not leaving early the next morning, I would have went somewhere else. I hope Hertz read the reviews of unsatisfied customer and do better!!

Awful location. Do not book here. We had a reservation made for a car weeks out, and this location could not fill it day of. We were left without a car, and no way to travel. Will not return. Even though they “say” they have inventory, or cars ready to go, don’t be fooled.

I had a solid experience with Hertz Car Rental on Goodman Road. The customer service was great — everyone was helpful and professional. The car itself was good and drove well, but I will mention that the detailer wasn’t in that day, so the car was a little dirty when I picked it up.
One important heads-up: the address listed on the Hertz website doesn’t match the actual location. It had me way on the other end of Goodman Road in Southaven. So before you head out, double-check the address to save yourself some time.
Other than that, everything was cool and I’d rent from them again!

F- for this Hertz location. It took 30 minutes to wait at the counter to be served. The agent stated they had no full size vehicle available which is the segment I reserved. Agent asked for $100 additional charge to my reservation to upgrade to the only available vehicles available, midsize SUVs and it was only 12pm on a Wednesday.

THIS LOCATION IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, I failed to add/mention that, “the employees are so ignorant and irrelevant, so much so that I didn’t ask for their names as I normally would under any circumstance.” How~ever, the two lady’s at the front counter are incompetent, unprofessional, and lack customer service skills. I have taken multiple of trips to this location due to misinformation given by employees. Not only that, the young lady with the glasses and natural twist will even lie to your face to cover herself (no accountability). She literally projects her wrong doings onto her customers and that is not okay. My significant other and I were told four different lies and she even added a fifth one that we didn’t ask for; let’s not forget, she wasn’t at the counter when we arrived. It pays to listen and not walk into a room, interrupting a conversation, trying to save yourself before you even begin to comprehend the conversation at hand. However, she remembered us and knew she had screwed up the previous day, absolutely absurd! Please take the necessary time to educate yourself on how to successfully perform your job duties and roles. Then, you will be able to give proper instructions and effectively communicate with customers (you and your coworker both). They deliberately state that no cars are available while also stating that they are available, guess they pick and choose what they want to do. They will even project and lie saying, “there’s no reservation or it wasn’t completed correctly,” even when THEY walk you through the process (in their presence), and stated to come back the next day, as we had already done several of times. The two lady’s on 4/21 were absolutely dismissive and not very concerned. They seem to all be in cahoots together, very dismissive/argumentative, and care absolutely nothing about their PAYING CUSTOMERS. After reading the reviews as of now (wish I had done it before), i’m so thankful that I don’t have to deal with them altogether; every~one just can’t have the same exact story and experience. It’s so obvious that this location is unprofessional, lack knowledge, customer service skills, compassion, and much more. GOD BLESS THIER SOULS!
