Travelled 40 miles but they are closed on Saturdays but the website shows they are open and even they took my reservation, Waited for 3 hours long and returned back

Slow customer service! We paid online for a small SUV, and of course they ran out! Ridiculous!!!! Ordered on 4/10/24 and here to pick up on 4/24/24 and they are out??? What are reservations for? Not happy with this Hertz!!! Southaven, MS
