The day after Thanksgiving, these people was ready to work.. from the time I got to the security and out the gate loaded, was less than 2 hours.. Office staff was nice and that was awesome( Lord knows the attitudes we get from some places)... Great experience.. Thank you..

Gate doesn't open till 0600. Load 26 pallets of the wrong freight. Wanted me to wait till they unloaded and reloaded with correct freight. Left with my empty.

Unacceptable business. My dispatcher is calling me back to back to have this load delivered today. This is my second stop of a load that is 4 hours away with my 5 hours and left on clock. I got here at 940 for a 10am appointment. I’m not understanding.

Check in 12:00 pm check out 4:00 pm . Took 4 hours to load approximately 20 pallets. There were at least other 10 drivers who were waiting there to get loaded as well. Shipper don’t care about drivers time. First and last time here. Also , they make to drop your trailer

Typical load time for places like this, appointment was at 08:00, I checked in at 07:30, I was loaded around 11:30 - 12:00, drop your trl in your assigned door, pull across from it close your curtains and take a nap, they will call your phone when finished, no need for bad reviews this is just how it works, if you go in with expectations of 3 to 5 hrs load times, I promise you want be disappointed..

They have 2 warehouses. The north on is closed weekends. The people there are very nice. The lady in shipping has great hair and the guard at the south warehouse is super nice and smiley.

4 hours to get loaded. 3 of it was waiting for one pallet. Finally get released, hooked back up and pulling away only for them to stop me and tell me to break the seal and back in again because they want to add another pallet.Stay away.

Arrived at 1330. Got a door fairly quickly. Now 2236 and still not loaded. Never again.2355 and still waiting. 10 hours and counting. This level of incompetence is intentional.
