Went to the Senatobia store and they gave me the run around for an item they said they had in stock when I called. I had to wait 40 minutes for the lady to retrieve the item I was purchasing.

I had always heard about how great harbor freight us, and I guess it is for specific things, however the loud and static filled music gave me a headache, I can't believe people don't have more complaints about this. I couldn't take it anymore and had to leave.

Nice store. Just tight. But the customer service is horrible. Ask a gentleman for help and said yes one min. And went and put on a jack and left. Looking at us the whole time. I guess you are not suppose to ask for help

This used to be a great store up until the last couple years. The customer service is poor and most of the workers have an attitude.
