I went in the office to talk to him about my bill the young lady behind the counter was very rude I believe her name is Emily she would not help me as I had to wait for her to acknowledge I was even in the store as she was cussing and yelling at the poor boy that works with her. After resistance with my bill for a grace period to avoid a late fee bill that was 2 days late and she still wanted to charge me a late fee on there cut me off it would not let me explain the situation of the bank fraud that I had faced and that my assets were locked up in my bank as I was leaving I heard her call me the n-word as I was walking out the door as she didn't think I was out the door already. The young guy that works there called me to tell me he'd work with me on my bill and apologize to the situation I've heard not helping me I didn't even tell him what she called me as I was walking out the door even though that he did that it still wasn't enough I went ahead and moved my stuff out and went to another storage facility I don't recommend this place if she's still working there.

Been doing business here for over 15 years. Highly recommended. The new property office looks very nice! Need a uhaul? They do that too.

the location in Hernando is horrible , its like placing your belongings in a dumpster, the owner acts like a bully..Owner Mr. Trip acts like a crook, allowed our belonging to get wet , now will not return all storage payments..He makes business owners look bad..
