Thankful for mom & pop auto shops such as Griffin & Son Auto Service, LLC! I was quoted $1200 from a big name auto shop for some work I needed (and didn’t need, apparently) and Carson Billingsley got me fixed up for 1/3 of the price with an honest diagnosis!! Highly recommend!!

Phenomenal service! I was experiencing some horrible scrubbing when driving. As it turned out, I needed brakes & rotors repaired BADLY. This was my first time here and these guys were able to service my vehicle promptly. Very very personable, which you don't find with a lot of today's companies. I kind of hate Google's search method, because this company should pop up on the FIRST page. Google clouds their results with "popular" big name companies that do half quality work, rather than best options at the top. I will definitely return for future work.

it wasn't so much as the quality of work, time it took to get my vehicle back, or the repair cost that i took issue with. when i picked my manual transmission truck up, it was parked on a slanted hill with the parking brake off in reverse. so when i started it, it immediately started to quickly roll which i wasn't prepared for. the AC was on full blast. the inside of the door handle, the floor mat and the steering wheel was covered in a huge greasy mess. the mechanic should've at least washed his nasty freakin' hands before pulling the vehicles out of the garage. i'm sure if it was his own vehicle, his hands would've been clean. disrespectful, lazy, and pathetic

They charged me half price for a vehicle diagnostic and the owner was a real nice fella. The news I got was terrible, transmission issues, but the service was pretty decent and it was close to home. Their door says they work on transmissions, but they actually do not and for that reason I give them 3.4 stars
