As soon as I drove up, the worker walked around the corner we to smoke. I unloaded everything myself bc I didn't have time to wait. When he finally walked up, he propped open the door and rolled the cart in without saying a word to me or offering a receipt.

In the past, I have donated at this location and they were courteous and came out and helped load onto the cart. Yesterday, I pulled up at the drop off and got out and the lady never got up from the desk and pointed, not sure where she was pointing. I proceeded to load my items onto the cart. I looked back in the locked door, it was a little after 2pm so they were open. She completely ignored me. I walked around to the front door thinking maybe that was where she was pointing to since it's supposed to be a used bookstore as well and that door was locked. She turned her back to me at the desk as when I went back around to the side and then she jumped up and started pushing a cart inside away from me, pretending not to see me. I knocked and she ignore me, I knocked again harder and she looked around annoyed. I said I need a receipt and she opened the door rudely, obviously annoyed. She handed me one and said they are in the cart. I said sorry I didn't see them and in the past someone has always come out and helped load the cart and not ignore me. She obviously was annoyed by my presence. I will take my things elsewhere in the future and not another Goodwill location.

Well, they are an actual bookstore but only take checks. Seriously, only checks. Bummer. Anyway, it's cool to have a donation spot near by at least.

What a waste of a drive. One small wall of books. Basically this is a donation center with a small selection of books in the front area.
