Me and another customer were at the front door because Apple Maps said they open at 11. I called and told them that they might want to update their hours and he said "I looked at it this morning and it said 12. A "Gotcha" would've sufficed. I know after the pandemic everyone is salty with work these days so I get it.

Staff nice and very patient my autsic son did not know what he wanted staff took the time to listen and give him one on one time for him to decide. The staff went over and beyond and I really appreciate that

The customer service is pretty good. Sometimes the deals in this location is not all that. The store is neat and clean. Not the best, but could be better.

Purchased a warranty with this store, and was not told that it would expire in a year nor was offered the chance to get the two year warranty. When trying to exchange my switch’s controller, they tried to give me a very low trade in credit. I will never purchase a warranty with this company, straight rip off as no one ever said they offered two year warranties smh. And they weren’t accommodating!
